Sanofi, a healthcare company, engages in the research, development, manufacture, and marketing of therapeutic solutions in the United States, Europe, and internationally. It operates through Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines, and Consumer Healthcare segments. The company provides specialty care, such as DUPIXENT, neurology and immunology, rare diseases, oncology, and rare blood disorders; medicines for diabetes and cardiovascular diseases; and established prescription products. In addition, it offers poliomyelitis, pertussis, and hib pediatric vaccines; influenza, booster, meningitis, and travel and endemic vaccines, which includes hepatitis A, typhoid, cholera, yellow fever, and rabies vaccines. The company also provides cough, cold, and flu, allergy, and pain care products, as well as physical, mental, and digestive wellness products; and offers products for itching, hydration, aging, cracking, overnight, and specialty skincare needs like eczema. Further, it has a collaboration and license agreement with Exscientia to develop up to 15 novel small-molecule for oncology and immunology; ABL Bio, Inc. to develop ABL301, a treatment for alpha-synucleinopathies; Blackstone Life Sciences to develop pivotal studies and clinical development program; and Seagen Inc. to design, develop, and commercialize antibody-drug conjugates for cancer. Additionally, the company has a collaboration agreement with IGM Biosciences, Inc. to develop, manufacture, and commercialize IgM antibody; Skyhawk Therapeutics, Inc to discover and develop novel small molecules; and Adagene Inc., for the discovery and development of antibody-based therapies. It also has collaborations with Scribe Therapeutics Inc. to develop genome editing technologies; and co-promotion service agreement with Provention Bio, Inc. for the commercialization of teplizumab. The company was formerly known as Sanofi-Aventis and changed its name to Sanofi in May 2011. Sanofi was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Paris, France.

Sanofi looks like a high-quality defensive business with noticeably lower multiples than the industry average, but with mixed liquidity dynamics. P/E of 11.61, P/S of 1.85, P/B of 1.25, and P/FCF of 6.10 are significantly below industry medians, supporting the case for undervaluation and limiting the risk of overvaluation. At the same time, P/FCF deteriorated sharply in certain periods, which means free cash flow does not look perfectly stable and calls for caution. Profitability is generally strong: net margin of 15.97% and operating margin of 17.92% are above the industry median, while ROE, ROA, and ROI remain positive and acceptable, although ROE and ROA declined over the years from higher levels. Particularly notable is the high return on tangible capital, which points to strong efficiency of assets and capital. On the other hand, liquidity is weak: a quick ratio of 0.22 and a current ratio of 1.00 are noticeably below industry benchmarks, increasing sensitivity to short-term obligations. The debt burden looks moderate and even comfortable with a D/E ratio of 0.17, but absolute liabilities and debt remain significant, so the balance sheet cannot be called risk-free. Revenue and earnings remain at a high level, and operating profit and net profit are still positive, confirming the resilience of the core business. The dividend yield of 5.58% has been rising for several years, and this is a strong argument in favor of the stock for income-oriented investors. However, the higher yield partly reflects the market’s lower valuation rather than only an improvement in the business. Overall, the fundamentals rather support the current valuation, with a slight tilt toward a more cautious outlook due to weak liquidity and the imperfect trend in some metrics. For an investor, this is a story about a high-quality, profitable, dividend-paying pharmaceutical asset, but without a reason to aggressively raise the target price.

Sanofi appears undervalued on multiples and strong on margins and dividends, but weak liquidity and mixed momentum limit rerating potential.

(RTTNews) - French drug major Sanofi SA (SNY, SNYNF, SAN.PA) reported Thursday sharply lower net profit in its second quarter, while business earnings climbed from last year with strong sales growth. Further, the firm upgraded its fiscal 2026 outlook.
For fiscal 2026, the pharmaceutical company now expects sales to grow approximately 10 percent at constant exchange rates in 2026, with business earnings per share projected to expand slightly faster than sales.
The company previously expected sales to grow by a high single-digit percentage and business earnings per share to grow slightly faster than sales, at constant exchange rates.
In the second quarter, net income attributable to equity holders of Sanofi was €343 million, sharply lower than €3.939 billion last year. Basic earnings per share reached €0.29, down from €3.24 a year ago.
On a continuing operations basis, net income was €377 million or €0.29 per share, compared to €1.236 billion or €1.02 per share in the prior year.
Business net income totaled €2.501 billion, a 28.9 percent increase from €1.940 billion a year ago. Business earnings pershare climbed 31.4 percent to €2.09 from €1.59 in the prior year.
Second-quarter net sales reached €11.597 billion, up 17.8 percent from €9.994 billion a year ago. The sales increase was driven by pharmaceutical launches, including contributions from recent acquisitions, and Dupixent sales, which surged 37.6 percent year-over-year.

If you've got $1,000 and you're looking to invest in a promising dividend-paying stock, good for you! Since 1973, average annual returns in the S&P 500 have been substantially higher for stocks that have launched or increased their annual dividend. So, you should feel pretty good about your decision.
But which stock should you buy? I suggest you take a closer look at Sanofi (NASDAQ: SNY), a pharmaceutical company focused on immunology, vaccines, and rare diseases. Although the French company is not in the S&P 500 (the index is restricted to companies headquartered in the U.S.), Sanofi's stock has a hefty dividend yield of 5.6%, and when you factor in the effect of substantial stock buybacks, the total yield for shareholders approaches 11%.
The stock has averaged annual gains of only 4% over the past decade, and it's down nearly 15% over the past year, pushing the stock into, arguably, bargain territory. Its forward price-to-earnings ratio is 9, well below its five-year average of 11.
What matters most is where the stock goes from here, though, and that's promising. The company's top drug is Dupixent, an injection treating chronic inflammatory conditions. In its first quarter, Dupixent's sales grew by 31% year over year. Some are already worrying about the drug losing patent protection in the U.S. market in 2031. That's still some years away, though, and Sanofi has plenty of drugs in development.
Meanwhile, that first-quarter report also featured overall sales growing by 13.6% year over year and five regulatory approvals (all in immunology). Sanofi is performing well and growing -- and it will reward long-term investors well with its outsized dividend yield.

Dupixent Profits Likely to Have Offset Eylea Decline in Q2
A significant chunk of Regeneron’s revenues used to come from the sale of its lead drug, Eylea, which is approved for various ophthalmology indications (neovascular age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema and macular edema, among others). Eylea was developed in collaboration with pharma giant Bayer.
While Regeneron records net product sales of Eylea in the United States, Bayer does the same outside the country. The company also records its share of profits/losses in connection with Eylea sales outside the country.
However, Eylea’s sales have been under pressure in recent quarters due to competition from Vabysmo and continued transition of patients to Eylea HD. Sales are likely to have declined in the second quarter as well.
The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Eylea sales in the United States is currently pegged at $388 million.
To counter the decline in Eylea sales, Regeneron developed a higher dose of the drug. The initial uptake of Eylea HD has been strong as Eylea patients transition to the higher dose.
Sales of Eylea HD are likely to have surged in the to-be-reported quarter on strong demand. This, in turn, is likely to have resulted in an increase in total Eylea franchise sales. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Eylea HD sales in the United States is currently pegged at $548 million.
In November 2025, the FDA approved Eylea HD injection 8 mg for the treatment of patients with macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO) with up to every eight-week dosing after an initial monthly dosing period.
The regulatory body also approved a monthly dosing option for some patients who may benefit from resuming this dosing schedule across approved indications — wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, diabetic retinopathy and RVO.
These label expansions are likely to have boosted drug sales.
Apart from Eylea, profits from the sales of asthma drug Dupixent are a primary growth driver for REGN. Regeneron has a collaboration agreement with Sanofi SNY for drugs like Dupixent and Kevzara. While Sanofi records sales, Regeneron registers its share of profits in connection with the global sales of the aforementioned drugs.
Dupixent sales have likely increased driven by strong demand in all approved indications (atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, eosinophilic esophagitis, prurigo nodularis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bullous pemphigoid). Hence, Regeneron is likely to have earned incremental profits from Dupixent in the to-be-reported quarter.
Meanwhile, Regeneron is also looking to diversify its revenue base to reduce its dependence on Eylea for top-line growth and build an oncology franchise, which currently comprises Libtayo and some newly approved drugs.
Growth in Libtayo’s sales has also boosted the top line in recent quarters. Libtayo sales are being driven by strong demand in advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) and advanced non-small cell lung cancer, along with early contributions from its adjuvant CSCC indication, which secured FDA approval in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The trend has likely continued in the second quarter. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Libtayo’s sales is currently pegged at $451 million.
Operating expenses have also likely increased in the quarter due to pipeline advancement and higher commercialization-related expenses related to Eylea HD and Libtayo.
The FDA had earlier approved linvoseltamab-gcpt for the treatment of relapsed or refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). The drug was granted accelerated approval by the FDA under the brand name Lynozyfic. It is also approved in the European Union (EU) to treat adults with R/R MM after at least three prior therapies, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
Sales from this drug came in at $11 million in the first quarter. The company likely witnessed a sequential increase in the second quarter.
During the first quarter of 2026, the company repurchased $803 million of its common stock. As of March 31, 2026, it had $688 million remaining under its existing share repurchase authorization. In April 2026, the board approved a new $3.0 billion share repurchase program, significantly expanding its buyback capacity.
A decrease in the number of shares outstanding is likely to have boosted the bottom line. Investors will look forward to updates on the share buyback program.
REGN’s Key Pipeline Updates
In April 2026, the FDA granted accelerated approval to Otarmeni (lunsotogene parvec, formerly DB-OTO), the first therapy cleared under the FDA Commissioner's National Priority Voucher program. Otarmeni is an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector-based gene therapy approved for pediatric and adult patients with severe-to-profound hearing loss caused by variants in the OTOF gene.
The FDA and the European Medicines Agency have accepted regulatory applications for cemdisiran to treat adults with generalized myasthenia gravis who are anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody-positive. The FDA granted Priority Review to the new drug application, with a target action date in November 2026 following the use of a Priority Review Voucher. A decision from the European Commission is expected in the second half of 2027.

Will REGN's Q2 Earnings Get a Boost From Dupixent and Eylea HD?

AstraZeneca AZN reported second-quarter 2026 core earnings of $2.63 per share, which beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.50. Earnings rose 21% year over year on a reported basis and 18% at constant exchange rate (CER).
Total revenues of $15.38 billion rose 6% on a reported basis and 5% at CER, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $15.31 billion.
All growth rates mentioned below are on a year-over-year basis and at CER.
AZN shares began trading on the NYSE on Feb. 2. Earlier, in the United States, investors traded AstraZeneca through a different structure called American Depositary Shares on Nasdaq.
AZN’s Product Sales & Alliance Revenues
Product sales increased 4% to $14.51 billion.
Alliance revenues rose 33% to $874 million, driven by continued revenue growth from partnered medicines. Alliance revenues include royalties and profit share from partnered medicines, such as Enhertu and Tezspire, in geographies where its partner books product sales.
AZN’s Key Oncology Drugs Drive Growth but Miss Estimates

In Oncology, Tagrisso recorded revenues of $1.94 billion, up 6% year over year, driven by strong demand across all indications and key regions, partly offset by a more competitive environment in China in a slowing EGFRm TKI market. Tagrisso sales missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.01 billion.
Lynparza's total revenues declined 3% to $829 million due to unfavorable channel mix and inventory destocking as well as the impact of generic launches in China and volume-based procurement (VBP) implementation. The drug’s sales missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $832 million.
AstraZeneca markets Lynparza in partnership with Merck MRK. During the quarter, the company did not record any milestone payment from partner Merck related to the drug.
Imfinzi generated sales of $1.85 billion in the quarter, up 27%, driven by strong demand growth across all regions from existing indications and new launches. Imfinzi sales, however, missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.91 billion. Sales of Calquence rose 16% to $1.02 billion in the quarter. Breast cancer drug Truqap generated $233 million in second-quarter 2026 revenues, up 37% year over year, driven by strong demand in second-line biomarker-altered metastatic breast cancer.
Newly approved drug Datroway, for which it has a partnership with Daiichi Sankyo, recorded revenues of $55 million in the second quarter compared with $43 million in the previous quarter.
Year to date, AstraZeneca stock has lost 7.9% against the industry’s 1.8% growth.

AZN’s CVRM Segment Performance
In CVRM, Farxiga recorded product sales of $1.80 billion, down 19%, due to loss of exclusivity in the United States, generic competition in multiple international markets, including China, the United Kingdom and Japan, and the impact of China's VBP program, partly offset by underlying demand growth in Europe. Farxiga sales, however, marginally beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.803 billion.
Brilinta/Brilique sales totaled $80 million in the reported quarter, down 63%, due to the generic launch in Europe and the United States.
Wainua recorded $70 million in product sales during the quarter, up 58% year over year, driven by strong demand growth in transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy and geographic expansion.

In R&I, Symbicort sales declined 8% to $671 million due to increasing generic competition. The drug’s sales missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $707 million.
Fasenra recorded sales of $570 million in the quarter, up 13% year over year, driven by strong demand growth and market share gains. The recent launch for the EGPA indication also benefited sales in some countries. The drug’s sales beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $563 million.
Breztri recorded sales of $346 million, up 20% year over year, driven by a consistent share increase in a growing market, partially offset by unfavorable gross-to-net adjustments.
Pulmicort sales grew 9% to $120 million in the reported quarter.
New product Airsupra generated $50 million in product sales in the quarter, up 18% year over year. The product’s U.S. launch momentum remains strong.
New lupus drug Saphnelo recorded sales of $209 million, up 24% year over year, driven by demand growth in the U.S. market and ongoing launches in Europe and the Established RoW.
Tezspire recorded total revenues of $390 million, up 45% year over year, driven by demand growth and launch uptake in multiple markets. AstraZeneca has a partnership with Amgen AMGN for Tezspire. Amgen records product sales in the United States, and AstraZeneca records its share of U.S. gross profits as Alliance revenues. AstraZeneca books product sales in markets outside the United States.
AZN’s Rare Disease, V&I and Other Segment
In the Rare Disease portfolio, Soliris sales fell 28% to $389 million due to conversion to Ultomiris and biosimilar erosion in Europe and the United States.
Ultomiris revenues amounted to $1.31 billion, up 12%, driven by demand growth across indications, geographic expansions in new markets and continued conversion from Soliris.
In Other Medicines, sales of Nexium declined 6% to $234 million.
In V&I Therapies, AstraZeneca recorded $79 million in revenues from Beyfortus, including alliance revenues received from partner Sanofi SNY and sales of the manufactured Beyfortus product to Sanofi. Revenues declined 37% year over year due to the partner’s adjustments of inventory levels.

It continues to expect total revenues to grow by a mid-to-high single-digit percentage at CER.

Our Take on AZN’s Results
AstraZeneca delivered a solid quarter, with earnings and revenues exceeding expectations despite mounting generic pressure across several mature brands. However, sales of key oncology medicines — Tagrisso, Imfinzi and Lynparza — all fell short of consensus estimates. At the same time, continued declines in Farxiga, Brilinta, Symbicort and Soliris highlight the growing impact of patent expiries and biosimilar competition.
That said, strong demand for newer growth drivers such as Truqap, Ultomiris, Tezspire and Wainua, along with continued label expansions, helped offset weakness in older products. While AstraZeneca’s diversified portfolio provides stability, future growth will depend on whether its newer medicines can offset the continued decline in older products facing generic competition.

AZN Q2 Earnings and Sales Beat, Key Drugs Offset Generic Pressure

(RTTNews) - Scribe Therapeutics Inc. (SCTX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 8.58 million shares of its common stock at the high end of the range at a public offering price of $15 per share. In addition to the initial public offering, Scribe has entered into a private placement offering with Sanofi.
Scribe Therapeutics is developing CRISPR-based genetic medicines, and its lead investigational product candidate STX-1150 is designed to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) by repressing the expression of PCSK9, a clinically validated target associated with cardiovascular disease risk.
Under the IPO, the shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 24, 2026, under the symbol "SCTX."
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $128.7 million, and the offering is expected to close on July 27, 2026.
In addition, Scribe has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.287 million shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Leerink Partners, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Guggenheim Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
In addition to the IPO, Scribe has agreed to sell 0.5 million shares of its common stock at $15.00 per share in a concurrent private placement to Sanofi. The private placement is also expected to close on July 27, 2026, concurrently with the initial public offering.

Scribe Therapeutics Sets IPO Of 8.58 Mln Shares At $15/Shr; Enters Private Placement With Sanofi

GSK plc’s GSK Specialty Medicines business segment spans four core areas: Respiratory, Immunology & Inflammation (RI&I), Oncology and HIV.
GSK is witnessing increased sales growth of its Specialty Medicines unit, particularly reflecting successful new launches in Oncology and long-acting HIV medicines. The trend is expected to have continued in the second quarter. GSK is expected to report second-quarter 2026 results on July 28. While the segment may face some pressure from generic competition for certain legacy products, strong uptake of newer medicines and expanding patient demand should help offset these headwinds.
Sales of the Specialty Medicines unit are expected to have increased by a double-digit percentage at CER in the second quarter, driven by double-digit growth in all therapy areas, HIV, RI&I and Oncology.
The HIV portfolio, marketed through GSK's majority-owned ViiV Healthcare business, is likely to remain the largest contributor to the Specialty Medicinessegment. Increasing patient demand for Dovato and long-acting regimens, Apretude and Cabenuva, is likely to drive growth in HIV, partially offsetting regional pricing pressures. Sales of Triumeq and Juluca are likely to have declined.
In RI&I, Nucala is expected to remain the major growth driver as physician adoption remains strong. Exdensur in respiratory and Benlysta in immunology are likely to be key contributors in RI&I in the second quarter, reflecting strong product demand.
Oncology sales growth is expected to be driven by strong patient demand for new oncology drugs, Jemperli, Ojjaara/Omjjara and Blenrep combos, partially offset by a decrease in Zejula.
Overall, the Specialty Medicines segment is expected to deliver another healthy performance in the second quarter, mainly driven by strong demand for Cabenuva, Apretude, Nucala, Blenrep and Benlysta.
Investors Await Fresh Pipeline Updates From GSK on Q2 Call
GSK is also expected to provide updates on key medicines in its Specialty Medicines pipeline at the second-quarter conference call. Last month, the FDA approved Utebzi/tebipenem pivoxil for treating complicated urinary tract infections. Earlier this week, the FDA approved Jideytro (zidesamtinib), a ROS1 selective inhibitor, in the United States for previously treated ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer. Regulatory applications seeking approval of bepirovirsen for chronic hepatitis B are under review in the United States and some other countries. FDA decision on the filing is expected in October.
Key pipeline candidates in late-stage development are efimosfermin for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis or MASH and risvutatug rezetecan, a B7-H3 antibody drug conjugate for second-line extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Earlier this month, GSK discontinued the development of a late-stage candidate, camlipixant, for refractory chronic cough.
GSK is also developing innovative ultra-long-acting HIV regimens for treatment and PrEP, which can extend the dosing intervals of the injections. Updates are expected on the call.
Competition for GSK’s Specialty Medicines
In the Specialty Medicines segment, most of GSK’s products are up against significant competition from small as well as large pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca AZN, Merck MRK, Sanofi SNY, Gilead, Pfizer, J&J and Novartis, among others.
Nucala faces increasing competition from biologics such as AstraZeneca’s Fasenra and Sanofi’s Dupixent. In HIV, GSK’s medicines face competition from Gilead and MRK’s drugs. AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Merck and Lilly are GSK’s key competitors in the oncology space.
GSK’s Price Performance, Valuation and Estimates
GSK stock has risen 5.3% so far this year compared with an appreciation of 12.2% for the industry.

Will GSK's Specialty Medicines Boost Q2 Revenue Growth?

Despite some issues, they are well-positioned to keep their income programs intact.
Broader equities have performed so well in recent years that the dividends companies pay haven't kept pace. As a result, the S&P 500's average yield is just 1.1% right now. Thankfully, it's possible to find high-yield dividend stocks that are worth investing in. Here are three examples: Pfizer (NYSE: PFE), Novo Nordisk (NYSE: NVO), and Sanofi (NASDAQ: SNY). All three have faced some issues lately, but they are worth sticking with for the long haul, especially for dividend seekers. Let me explain.

1. Pfizer
Several headwinds -- including mediocre financial results and upcoming patent cliffs -- have pushed Pfizer's shares down significantly over the past few years. But the drugmaker hasn't suspended or decreased its payouts. As a result, Pfizer's forward dividend yield is now a juicy 7.1%. And despite the issues it has faced, it's a great time to pick up Pfizer's shares on the dip. The pharmaceutical leader boasts several products that are posting solid sales growth and should help nudge the top-line in the right direction over the medium term. The list includes Padcev, a cancer medicine, and Abrysvo, a respiratory syncytial virus vaccine.
Further, the healthcare giant has a deep pipeline that should make significant progress over the next few years. Pfizer's efforts in oncology and weight-loss look particularly promising. By the end of the decade, the company should launch brand-new products in these fields to help it overcome the loss of patent exclusivity for medicines like Eliquis, an anticoagulant, and drive long-term growth.
Pfizer's financial results won't bounce back immediately, but its share price could jump well before then as the company makes solid clinical and regulatory progress with key pipeline programs. That's why investors shouldn't wait too long before initiating positions.
2. Novo Nordisk
Novo Nordisk is best known for its work in the diabetes and weight loss markets, and with good reason. The company remains one of the undisputed leaders in these fields, despite recent setbacks that have sunk its stock price over the past couple of years. Novo Nordisk is well-positioned to bounce back, though. The company boasts a strong pipeline of candidates across its core therapeutic areas. Novo Nordisk's zenagamtide (amycretin) is currently undergoing phase 3 studies -- in a subcutaneous and an oral formulation -- as a potential weight loss treatment in people who are either overweight or obese.
It also posted strong phase 2 results, showing statistically significant reductions in blood sugar and weight loss in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Zenagamtide could become an important drug for Novo Nordisk as it moves beyond its famous therapies, Ozempic and Wegovy. And the Denmark-based pharmaceutical leader is also inching closer to approval for CagriSema, another diabetes and weight-loss treatment. Elsewhere, Novo Nordisk is making progress in diversifying its lineup. It is particularly targeting rare blood diseases. The company recently announced positive phase 3 clinical trials for denecimig, an investigational treatment for hemophilia.
Novo Nordisk's strong position in the rapidly growing GLP-1 area and clinical progress elsewhere could allow the stock to recover. Meanwhile, Novo Nordisk offers a forward yield of 3.6% and routinely increases its payouts, making it a great pick for income seekers.
3. Sanofi
Sanofi has faced some headwinds recently, including a leadership change and clinical setbacks. The stock has lagged broader equities as a result. However, there remain good reasons to be optimistic about Sanofi's long-term prospects. Here are three of them. First, the company's most important growth driver, Dupixent, is still performing very well. Dupixent is a medicine indicated for the treatment of eczema and COPD; Sanofi shares the rights to this therapy with Regeneron (NASDAQ: REGN). Dupixent is one of the world's best-selling drugs and is still helping Sanofi post decent sales growth.
Second, Sanofi should make solid pipeline progress over the next few years. For instance, the company's frexalimab, an investigational therapy for multiple sclerosis (among other diseases), is undergoing phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials. Frexalimab posted excellent mid-stage results and could eventually generate well over $1 billion in annual sales at its peak. Sanofi boasts several other promising candidates. Third, the company offers an attractive forward dividend yield of 5.6% and regularly increases its payouts. The dividend is safe despite recent obstacles, and the stock is worth holding for a while.

3 High-Yield Dividend Stocks to Buy and Hold

(RTTNews) - French drug major Sanofi SA (SNYNF, SNY) announced Friday that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved subcutaneous (SC) Sarclisa Escena administered via the CirCLIQ on-body injector (OBI) for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma (MM).
With the approval, Sarclisa Escena is the first anticancer treatment to be administered through OBI, and first MM treatment available by both SC OBI and manual SC administration in the US.
The FDA approval was supported by multiple studies, including the pivotal IRAKLIA phase 3 non-inferiority study, which demonstrated Sarclisa Escena administered subcutaneously via an OBI provided similar efficacy, pharmacokinetics and safety compared to IV infusion, along with a significantly shorter treatment time and fewer infusion-related reactions.
The studies were conducted using Enable Injections' hands-free OBI, an automated injector designed to deliver subcutaneously high-volume medicines with the push of a button, to administer Sarclisa Escena.
The OBI uses a retractable 30g needle that is shorter and thinner compared to the needles commonly used for large-volume injections. The approval of Sarclisa Escena with Enable Injections' CirCLIQ OBI - developed using the enFuse platform - offers the potential to change the overall patient experience in MM treatment.
In addition, the CirCLIQ may streamline the administration process for providers, offering the potential to reduce the physical burden on nurses with a hands-free device and providing more freedom for patient monitoring and interaction.

Incyte is known for its work in Janus kinase (JAK) inhibition, focusing on dermatology, oncology, hematology, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.TG Therapeutics is focused on the acquisition, development, and commercialization of novel treatments for B-cell diseases.

Incyte has strong cash flow and operational beats
Incyte's financial health is anchored by its blockbuster JAK inhibitor, Jakafi, for rare blood cancers, and its fast-growing dermatology cream, Opzelura, approved to treat vitiligo and eczema.
In the first quarter, Incyte reported Jakafi sales of $758 million, up 7% year over year, and Opzelura had sales of $143 million, up 20% over the same period last year. Overall revenue was $1.27 billion, up 21% year over year, and earnings per share (EPS) were $1.47, up 83.7% over the first quarter of 2025. Adjusted EPS was $1.81, beating the analysts' consensus of $1.34.
The growing diversification of its pipeline
Incyte is aggressively using its free cash flow to buy its way out of concentration risk. A prime example is its recent $1.25 billion acquisition of Vega Therapeutics, which gives it a highly promising phase 3 subcutaneous bleeding disorder asset (VGA039). This expands its footprint into hematology outside of cancer, padding its late-stage pipeline with potential first-in-class multibillion-dollar drugs.
CEO Bill Meury said Incyte has 10 phase 3 studies underway and anticipates four new approvals and launches in cancer and immunology through early 2027. One key late-stage pipeline therapy is Monjuvi, which performed well as a combination therapy in a phase 3 trial as a first-line treatment for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Another is povorcitinib to treat the skin conditions hidradenitis suppurativa and nonsegmental vitiligo. The company also has high hopes for INCB161734 as a treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Highly efficient financial metrics
For a biotech, Incyte demonstrates remarkable capital efficiency. It has an exceptional return on equity of more than 30%, reflecting a management team that is proficient at turning shareholder investments and cash reserves into real, tangible earnings.
TG Therapeutics is riding Briumvi momentum
Briumvi, TG Therapeutics' IV infusion for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), is driving growth. Management recently raised its full-year revenue guidance to $925 million after the drug brought in $194.8 million in first-quarter U.S. sales alone. The company also raised full-year Briumi guidance to $885 million to $900 million in sales.
The drug is in a phase 3 trial as an at-home self-administered subcutaneous injection format to treat MS. It is also being examined for treatment-resistant schizophrenia in patients who do not fully respond to standard antipsychotics, as well as a subcutaneous form to treat Myasthenia Gravis, a chronic, rare autoimmune neuromuscular disorder.
It has an attractive acquisition profile
TG Therapeutics has a powerhouse gross-margin profile sitting around 83%. In the first quarter, the company reported revenue of $204.9 million, up 69.5%, year over year. EPS was $0.12, up 300% over the same period a year ago.
Given the recent wave of multibillion-dollar merger and acquisition deals sweeping the biotech sector, the company's highly profitable, single-blockbuster commercial engine makes it a prime, highly lucrative takeover target for a pharmaceutical giant looking to buy a turnkey neurology franchise.
Potential suitors include large pharmaceutical companies with an existing footprint in neurology and immunology, such as Sanofi, which has a history of big MS drugs such as Aubagio and Lemtrada; Novartis, the maker of competing MS drugs Kesimpta and Gilenya; and Biogen, a dominant player in the MS space.
