Qualcomm Incorporated QCOM recently announced the launch of AI200 and AI250 chip-based AI accelerator cards and racks. The leading-edge AI inference optimized solutions for data centers are powered by Qualcomm’s NPU (Neural Processing Unit) technology. Both AI 200 and AI 250 solutions incorporate confidential computing that secures AI workloads, and their direct cooling feature ensures thermal efficiency.
Qualcomm AI250 brings a near-memory computing architecture that delivers 10x effective memory bandwidth while optimizing power consumption. AI200 is a rack-level inference solution optimized for large language models, multimodal model inference and other AI workloads at a lower total cost of ownership.
The AI ecosystem is evolving rapidly. The focus is shifting from training big AI models with a large amount of data to AI inference workloads, that is, actually using the AI models in real time for various tasks. Will QCOM's New AI Inference Solutions Boost Growth Prospects?

During the quarter, Qorvo, Inc. QRVO is set to report second-quarter fiscal 2026 results on Nov. 3, after the closing bell. In the last reported quarter, the company delivered an earnings surprise of 48.4%. It pulled off a trailing four-quarter earnings surprise of 31.2% on average.
The leading provider of radio frequency solutions is expected to have witnessed a revenue contraction year over year owing to weakness in multiple segments. However, a strong emphasis on innovation and portfolio expansion is a tailwind.
Factors at Play
Qorvo formed a collaboration with SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, a prominent provider of microwave radio and wireless network solutions. The company will integrate Qorvo’s high-performance Beamformer Integrated Circuit (BFIC) technology into its phased array platform to develop a compact, cutting-edge Ka-band antenna solution. Qorvo is also likely to benefit from the faster-than-expected transition from 4G LTE to 5G technology in emerging markets. The growing 5G advanced smartphones that feature additional transmit, receive and satellite bands align favorably with Qorvo’s portfolio and boast substantial growth opportunities. The transition from legacy mechanical systems to active electronics scanning systems is driving growth in the defense and aerospace business.
However, the company operates in a highly competitive market. The fierce competition is exerting pricing pressure, which remains a matter of concern for the company. Moreover, net sales are also adversely impacted by macroeconomic headwinds, including supply chain vulnerabilities, volatility in raw material prices, tariff wars and geopolitical tensions.

Will Lower Revenues Adversely Impact Qorvo's Q2 Earnings?

Qualcomm (QCOM) shares soared 11.1% in the last trading session to close at $187.68. The move was backed by solid volume with far more shares changing hands than in a normal session. This compares to the stock's 0.2% loss over the past four weeks.
With the accelerated rollout of 5G technology, QCOM is benefiting from investments toward building a licensing program in mobile. The company is well-positioned to meet its long-term revenue targets driven by solid 5G traction, greater visibility and a diversified revenue stream. The company is increasingly focusing on the seamless transition from a wireless communications firm for the mobile industry to a connected processor company for the intelligent edge. This is likely to expand its total addressable market to approximately $900 billion by 2030.
Qualcomm is also witnessing healthy traction in EDGE networking that helps to transform connectivity in cars, business enterprises, homes, smart factories, next-generation PCs, wearables and tablets. The automotive telematics and connectivity platforms, digital cockpit and C-V2X solutions are also fueling emerging automotive industry trends such as the growth of connected vehicles, the transformation of the in-car experience and vehicle electrification.

Earnings and revenue growth expectations certainly give a good sense of the potential strength in a stock, but empirical research shows that trends in earnings estimate revisions are strongly correlated with near-term stock price movements.
For Qualcomm, the consensus EPS estimate for the quarter has been revised marginally lower over the last 30 days to the current level. And a negative trend in earnings estimate revisions doesn't usually translate into price appreciation. Qualcomm (QCOM) Moves 11.1% Higher: Will This Strength Last?

U.S. stock markets closed at record highs on Friday following positive developments on U.S.-China trade negotiations. Moreover, soft inflation data boosted market participants’ expectations of another round of interest rate cuts by the Fed this week. All three major stock indexes ended in positive territory.
How Did the Benchmarks Perform?
The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) advanced 0.7% or 337.47 points to close at 47,544.59, marking a new record close. Notably, 21 components of the 30-stock index ended in positive territory, while nine finished in negative territory. At the intraday high, the blue-chip index touched a record 47,564.52.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite finished at 23,637.46, climbing 1.9% or 432.59 points driven by the strong performance of AI semiconductor bigwigs. This marked a fresh record close for the index. At the intraday high, the tech-laden index touched a record 23,658.66.
The major gainer of the index was QUALCOMM Inc. QCOM. The stock price of the semiconductor behemoth jumped 11.1% after unveiling a new AI chip for data centers. QUALCOMM currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold). You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks here.
The S&P 500 appreciated 1.2% to finish at 6,875.16.69, reflecting the first closing in its history above the crucial technical barrier of 6,800. At the intraday high, the broad-market index touched a record 6,877.28. The benchmark ended in green for the third consecutive day.
Out of the 11 broad sectors of the broad-market index, 10 ended in positive territory, while one was in negative territory. The Communication Services Select Sector SPDR (XLC), the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR (XLY) and the Technology Select Sector SPDR (XLK) rose 1.4%, 1.4% and 1.9%, respectively.
The fear gauge, the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) fell 3.5% to 15.79. A total of 19.76 billion shares were traded on Monday, lower than the last 20-session average of 20.85 billion. Advancers outnumbered decliners on the NYSE by a 1.74-to-1 ratio. On Nasdaq, a 1.21-to-1 ratio favored advancing issues.
The S&P 500 recorded 37 new 52-week highs and three new 52-week lows. The Nasdaq Composite registered 132 new 52-week highs and 57 new 52-week lows.
Positive Development on U.S.-China Trade Deal
On Oct. 27, President Donald Trump said that he expects the United States and China to enter a trade deal following his meeting with Chinese premier Xi Jinping on Oct. 29 in South Korea. Trump said, “I have a lot of respect for President Xi, and we are going to come away with the deal.”
The trade conflicts between the United States and China escalated this month. On Oct. 9, China’s Ministry of Commerce issued a notification requiring all foreign companies to obtain a license to export products from China that contain more than 0.1% of rare earth minerals, whether sourced from China or manufactured using Chinese extraction, refining, magnet-making or recycling technology.
The new rule will be effective Dec. 1. China supplies around 70% of global rare earth minerals, critical components for today’s high-tech world. The United States is a major importer of rare earth minerals considered, extremely valuable and necessary inputs for the semiconductor, defense and automobile industries.
On Oct. 10, the U.S. government retaliated by imposing another 100% tariff on Chinese exports to the nation over and above what has already been imposed on these products. At present, Chinese goods are subject to an average 40% tariff in the United States. The new tariff of another 100% will be effective from Nov.1.
Rate Cut Expectations
After the release of benign CPI data for September, investors are expecting more cuts in the interest rate this year. The CME FedWatch interest rate derivative tool currently shows a 97.8% probability that the Fed will reduce the Fed fund rate by 25 basis points in October and a 92.8% probability that the central bank will further reduce the rate by another 0.25% in December.

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) on Monday rose by +1.22%, the Dow Jones Industrials Index ($DOWI) (DIA) rose by +0.69%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) rose by +1.82%. December E-mini S&P futures (ESZ25) rose by +1.21%, and December E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQZ25) rose by +1.83%.
US stocks rallied sharply on Monday after US and Chinese negotiators, who met over the weekend in Malaysia, said they reached a tentative trade agreement to be finalized at Thursday's summit between Presidents Trump and Xi on the sidelines of the ASEAN conference in Malaysia. Treasury Secretary Bessent said the agreement means the US threat of a 100% tariff on US imports from China, set to start November 1, is "effectively off the table." Meanwhile, China agreed not to restrict the export of rare earth metals for at least one year and to buy a "substantial" amount of US soybeans. The two sides also made progress on shipping fees and US demands that China crack down on the export to the US of fentanyl and precursors. The two sides may also reach an agreement that would allow US consumers to continue to access TikTok.

Treasury Secretary Bessent said Monday that the pool of candidates for the next Fed Chair has been narrowed to Christopher Waller, Kevin Warsh, Kevin Hassett, Michelle Bowman, and Rick Rieder. President Trump is expected to announce a decision on a new Fed Chair by year-end to replace current Fed Chair Powell, whose term as the Fed Chairman ends on May 15, 2026. Mr. Powell's separate term as a Fed Governor runs until January 2028, though he faces pressure from Mr. Trump to step down as a Fed Governor as well, so Mr. Trump can appoint a more dovish Fed governor.
This is a busy week, with the FOMC meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday, when it is expected to cut its federal funds rate target by -25 bp. Also, five of the Magnificent Seven companies report earnings this week, with Alphabet, Meta, and Microsoft reporting on Wednesday, and Apple and Amazon.com reporting on Thursday.
There was some carry-over support from last Friday's Sep US CPI report of +3.0% y/y for both the nominal and core figures, which was slightly weaker than expectations of +3.1% y/y for both figures.
Trade relations with Canada were a negative factor for stocks on Monday after President Trump said on Saturday that he would impose a new 10% tariff on US imports from Canada as punishment for last week's anti-tariff advertisement released by the provincial government of Ontario. Mr. Trump initially said that he was only halting US trade negotiations with Canada due to the ad, but he escalated the punishment over the weekend by imposing a new 10% tariff, even though Ontario had agreed to pause the ad campaign.
Ontario's ad featured former US President Reagan speaking out in a 1987 address in favor of free trade and against tariffs, calling tariffs an outdated idea that stifles innovation, drives up prices, and hurts US workers. Mr. Trump claimed the ad was deceptive and said it was designed to influence the US Supreme Court ahead of oral arguments on November 5 on the legality of Mr. Trump's reciprocal tariffs. Lower courts have already deemed Mr. Trump's reciprocal tariffs illegal, ruling the tariffs are based on a specious claim of emergency authority. If the US Supreme Court upholds those rulings, the US government will have to refund the tariffs already collected, and Mr. Trump's power to impose tariffs will be limited to well-founded sections of US trade law.
The US government shutdown continues into its fifth week, weighing on market sentiment and the US economy. The government shutdown is delaying the release of government reports, including all the recent weekly unemployment claims reports, the September unemployment and payroll report, Aug trade balance, Sep retail sales, Sep PPI, Sep housing starts, Sep industrial production, Sep leading indicators, and others. Bloomberg Economics estimates that 640,000 federal workers will be furloughed during the shutdown, which would expand jobless claims and push the unemployment rate up to 4.7%.
The markets are focused on earnings results as the Q3 earnings season continues. According to Bloomberg Intelligence, 84% of the S&P 500 companies that have reported so far have beaten forecasts, on course for the best quarter since 2021. However, Q3 profits are expected to have risen by +7.2% y/y, the smallest increase in two years. Also, Q3 sales growth is projected to slow to +5.9% y/y from +6.4% in Q2.
Overseas stock markets on Monday closed higher. The Euro Stoxx 50 closed up +0.64%. China's Shanghai Composite closed up +1.18%. Japan's Nikkei Stock 225 closed up +2.46%.
Interest Rates
December 10-year T-notes (ZNZ5) on Monday rose slightly by +0.5 tick. The 10-year T-note yield fell -1.2 bp to 3.989%. T-note prices initially fell on Monday due to the US-Chinese trade agreement, which reduced safe-haven demand for Treasury securities and was positive for the US and Chinese economies. T-note prices were also pressured by the rally in US stocks.
However, T-note prices recovered later in the day as the 10-year inflation expectations rate fell by -1.1 bp to 2.288%. T-notes have support from the ongoing US government shutdown, which could lead to additional job losses, reduced consumer spending, and a weakened US economy, potentially allowing the Fed to continue cutting interest rates.
The markets are discounting a 98% chance of a -25 bp rate cut at this week's FOMC meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct 28-29).
European government bond yields closed lower. The 10-year German bund yield fell -1.0 bp to 2.616%. The 10-year UK gilt yield fell 3.0 bp at 4.402%.
Swaps are discounting a 1% chance for a -25 bp rate cut by the ECB at its next policy meeting on October 30.
US Stock Movers
The Magnificent Seven stocks all closed higher on Monday, led by a +4.3% gain in Tesla (TSLA), a +3.6% gain in Alphabet (GOOG), and gains of more than +2% in Nvidia (NVDA) and Apple (AAPL).
Chip stocks traded higher across the board Monday, led by a +11% gain in Qualcomm (QCOM) on news of a new AI chip and computer line to compete with Nvidia. Marvell Technology (MRVL) rose more than +5%, and Arm Holdings (ARM) rose more than +4%. ON Semiconductors (ON), Lam Research (LRCX), and Intel (INTC) all rose by more than +3%.
Crypto stocks traded higher, with support from Monday's gains of more than +3% in Bitcoin (^BTCUSD) and +5% in Ethereum (^ETHUSD). Riot Platforms (RIOT) rallied more than +7%, Strategy (MSTR) rallied +2.3%, and Coinbase (COIN) rallied +2.0%.
Avidity Biosciences (RNA) rallied +42% after news that Swiss-based Novartis plans to buy the company in a deal worth $12 billion. Novartis ADR shares (NVS) fell -0.9%.
Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares (HBAN) agreed to buy Cadence Bank (CADE) for $7.4 billion in an all-stock deal to expand into the Southeast and South. Huntington fell -1.8%, while Cadence rallied +4.4%.
American Water Works (AWK) fell -2.5%, and Essential Utilities (WTRG) fell -1.4%, after news that the two companies finalized AWK's purchase of Essential Utilities for $12 billion in an all-stock deal.
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) rallied more than +7% after raising its full-year net sales guidance.

Shares of Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) popped on Monday after the tech giant said it was entering the booming artificial intelligence (AI) chip market.
As of 3:15 p.m., Qualcomm's stock price was up more than 12%, after rising as much as 22% earlier in the day.

Qualcomm's new AI chips
The semiconductor maker debuted its AI200 and AI250 chips, designed to accelerate AI workloads while reducing costs. Qualcomm's chips are optimized for inference, which is when a trained AI model is used to make predictions from new data. In turn, they are geared toward making generative AI applications more affordable for more businesses.
"These innovative new AI infrastructure solutions empower customers to deploy generative AI at unprecedented TCO [total cost of ownership], while maintaining the flexibility and security modern data centers demand," Qualcomm executive Durga Malladi said in a press release.
Qualcomm's chips use its Hexagon neural processing unit (NPU) technology, which improves the efficiency of computing tasks and reduces power consumption.
The AI200 is due out in 2026. The AI250, which promises improvements in memory bandwidth of up to 10 times current-generation AI accelerators, is expected to launch in 2027.
Qualcomm is entering a massive market
Cloud platform providers are planning to spend over $500 billion to upgrade their AI infrastructure in 2026 alone, according to TrendForce. Much of these investments will be allocated to AI chips, such as those designed by Nvidia and Advanced Micro Devices.
Qualcomm wants in on this AI action. The chipmaker is thus making moves to expand beyond its core mobile device market and penetrate the rapidly expanding data center industry.
These moves will put Qualcomm in more direct competition with Nvidia and AMD -- two fierce rivals that are not to be taken lightly.

Why Qualcomm Stock Jumped Today

Looking at the sectors faring best as of midday Monday, shares of Technology & Communications companies are outperforming other sectors, higher by 1.1%. Within the sector, Qualcomm Inc (Symbol: QCOM) and Robinhood Markets Inc (Symbol: HOOD) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 12.5% and 4.9%, respectively. Among technology ETFs, one ETF following the sector is the Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (Symbol: XLK), which is up 1.6% on the day, and up 28.77% year-to-date. Qualcomm Inc, meanwhile, is up 25.39% year-to-date, and Robinhood Markets Inc is up 293.50% year-to-date. QCOM makes up approximately 1.6% of the underlying holdings of XLK.
The next best performing sector is the Services sector, up 0.7%. Among large Services stocks, Alphabet Inc (Symbol: GOOGL) and Alphabet Inc (Symbol: GOOG) are the most notable, showing a gain of 3.2% and 3.2%, respectively. One ETF closely tracking Services stocks is the iShares U.S. Consumer Services ETF (IYC), which is up 1.0% in midday trading, and up 9.31% on a year-to-date basis. Alphabet Inc, meanwhile, is up 42.02% year-to-date, and Alphabet Inc is up 41.49% year-to-date.

InterDigital, Inc. IDCC is set to release third-quarter 2025 results on Oct. 30, before the opening bell. In the last reported quarter, adjusted earnings were $6.52 per share.
The Wilmington-based advanced mobile technologies provider is expected to witness revenue expansion year over year, backed by solid demand in the smartphone market. The company currently has 85% of the entire global smartphone market under its license.
Factors at Play
InterDigital is focused on pursuing agreements with unlicensed customers in the handset and consumer electronics markets. The company aims to become a leading designer and developer of technology solutions and innovation for the mobile industry, IoT and allied technology areas by leveraging its research and development (R&D) capabilities.
During the quarter, the company inked a new patent license agreement with Samsung Electronics. The company has also inked a licensing agreement with a leading Chinese smartphone vendor. The company already has major players such as Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo under its license. With the new customer addition, IDCC now has 8 out of 10 major smartphone players under its license.
With a comprehensive portfolio of more than 33,000 granted patents and applications, the company is also gaining traction in the consumer electronics and IoT markets. Focus AI applications for wireless and video technology and strategic collaboration with major academic institutions worldwide to expedite 6G research are positive factors.
Overall Expectations
Our estimate for total recurring revenues is pegged at $139.3 million, implying 8.1% year-over-year growth.
For the September quarter, the Zacks Consensus Estimate for revenues is pegged at $145 million, indicating a growth $129 million reported in the prior-year quarter. The consensus estimate for adjusted earnings per share stands at $1.79, suggesting a growth from the prior-year quarter’s reported figure of $1.63.

IDCC Set to Report Q3 Results: Will Revenue Growth Boost Earnings?

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) is up +0.84%, the Dow Jones Industrials Index ($DOWI) (DIA) is up +0.41%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) is up +1.49%. December E-mini S&P futures (ESZ25) are up +0.87%, and December E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQZ25) are up +1.51%.
US stocks rallied today after US and Chinese negotiators, who met over the weekend in Malaysia, said they reached a tentative trade agreement to be finalized at Thursday's summit between Presidents Trump and Xi on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference in South Korea. Treasury Secretary Bessent said the agreement means the US threat of a 100% tariff on US imports from China, set to start November 1, is "effectively off the table." Meanwhile, China agreed not to restrict the export of rare earth metals for at least one year and to buy a "substantial" amount of US soybeans. The two sides also made progress on shipping fees and US demands that China crack down on the export to the US of fentanyl and precursors. The two sides may also reach an agreement that would allow US consumers to continue to access TikTok.

Treasury Secretary Bessent said today that the pool of candidates for the next Fed Chair has been narrowed to Christopher Waller, Kevin Warsh, Kevin Hassett, Michelle Bowman, and Rick Rieder. President Trump is expected to announce a decision on a new Fed Chair by year-end to replace current Fed Chair Powell, whose term as the Fed Chairman ends on May 15, 2026. Mr. Powell's separate term as a Fed Governor runs until January 2028, though he faces pressure from Mr. Trump to step down as a Fed Governor as well, so Mr. Trump can appoint a more dovish Fed governor.
This is a busy week, with the FOMC meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday, when it is expected to cut its federal funds rate target by -25 bp. Also, five of the Magnificent Seven companies report earnings this week, with Alphabet, Meta, and Microsoft reporting on Wednesday, and Apple and Amazon.com reporting on Thursday.
There is some carry-over support from last Friday's Sep US CPI report of +3.0% y/y for both the nominal and core figures, which was slightly weaker than expectations for both of +3.1% y/y.
Trade relations with Canada are a negative factor for stocks after President Trump on Saturday said he will impose a new 10% tariff on US imports from Canada as punishment for last week's anti-tariff advertisement released by the provincial government of Ontario. Mr. Trump initially said that he was only halting US trade negotiations with Canada due to the ad, but he escalated the punishment over the weekend by imposing a new 10% tariff, even though Ontario had agreed to pause the ad campaign.
Ontario's ad featured former US President Reagan speaking out in a 1987 address in favor of free trade and against tariffs, calling tariffs an outdated idea that stifles innovation, drives up prices, and hurts US workers. Mr. Trump claimed the ad was deceptive and said it was designed to influence the US Supreme Court ahead of oral arguments on November 5 on the legality of Mr. Trump's reciprocal tariffs. Lower courts have already deemed Mr. Trump's reciprocal tariffs illegal, ruling the tariffs are based on a specious claim of emergency authority. If the US Supreme Court upholds those rulings, the US government will have to refund the tariffs already collected, and Mr. Trump's power to impose tariffs will be limited to well-founded sections of US trade law.
The US government shutdown continues into its fifth week, weighing on market sentiment and the US economy. The government shutdown is delaying the release of government reports, including all the recent weekly unemployment claims reports, the September unemployment and payroll report, Aug trade balance, Sep retail sales, Sep PPI, Sep housing starts, Sep industrial production, Sep leading indicators, and others. Bloomberg Economics estimates that 640,000 federal workers will be furloughed during the shutdown, which would expand jobless claims and push the unemployment rate up to 4.7%.
The markets are focused on earnings results as the Q3 earnings season continues. According to Bloomberg Intelligence, 84% of the S&P 500 companies that have reported so far have beaten forecasts, on course for the best quarter since 2021. However, Q3 profits are expected to have risen by +7.2% y/y, the smallest increase in two years. Also, Q3 sales growth is projected to slow to +5.9% y/y from +6.4% in Q2.
Overseas stock markets today are higher. The Euro Stoxx 50 is up +0.62%. China's Shanghai Composite closed up +1.18%. Japan's Nikkei Stock 225 closed up +2.46%.
Interest Rates
December 10-year T-notes (ZNZ5) are down -7 ticks. The 10-year T-note yield is up +2.3 bp at 4.024%. T-note prices are trading lower due to the US-Chinese trade agreement, which reduced safe-haven demand for Treasury securities and is positive for the US and Chinese economies. T-note prices are also being pressured by the rally in US stocks and today's +0.7 bp rise in the 10-year breakeven inflation expectations rate.
T-notes have support from the ongoing US government shutdown, which could lead to additional job losses, reduced consumer spending, and a weakened US economy, potentially allowing the Fed to continue cutting interest rates.
The markets are discounting a 99% chance of a -25 bp rate cut at this week's FOMC meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct 28-29).
European government bond yields are mixed. The 10-year German bund yield is up +0.3 bp at 2.629%. The 10-year UK gilt yield is down -2.0 bp at 4.412%.
Swaps are discounting a 1% chance for a -25 bp rate cut by the ECB at its next policy meeting on October 30.
US Stock Movers
The Magnificent Seven stocks are all trading higher today, led by a gain of more than +4% in Tesla (TSLA), and gains of more than +2% in Alphabet (GOOG) and Nvidia (NVDA).
Chip stocks are trading higher across the board today, led by a +12.6% gain in Qualcomm (QCOM) on news of a new AI chip and computer line to compete with Nvidia. Marvell Technology (MRVL) is up more than +5%. Arm Holdings (ARM), ON Semiconductors (ON), and Lam Research (LRCX) are up more than +4%.
Crypto stocks are trading higher today, with support from today's gains of more than +3% in Bitcoin (^BTCUSD) and +5% in Ethereum (^ETHUSD). Riot Platforms (RIOT) is up more than +4% and Coinbase (COIN) is up more than +2%.
Avidity Biosciences (RNA) is up +42% after news that Swiss-based Novartis plans to buy the company in a deal worth $12 billion. Novartis ADR shares (NVS) are down -1%.
Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares (HBAN) agreed to buy Cadence Bank (CADE) for $7.4 billion in an all-stock deal to expand into the Southeast and South. Huntington is down more than -2% while Cadence is up more than +4%.
American Water Works (AWK) is down -3% and Essential Utilities (WTRG) is down -0.9% after news that the two companies have finalized AWK's purchase of Essential Utilities for $12 billion in an all-stock deal.
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is up more than +7% after raising its full-year net sales guidance.
