Additionally, the company provides data cloud, a hyperscale data engine native to Salesforce; vertical services to meet the needs of customers in industries, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and automotive and government; and offers salesforce starter for small and medium-sized businesses. Salesforce, Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

Investors hunting for bargains in cloud computing suddenly have two big ones to consider. Enterprise software company Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) tumbled this week after its fiscal fourth-quarter report (the period ended May 31, 2026) paired record results with a steep bill for its artificial intelligence (AI) data center expansion. Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), meanwhile, just touched a 52-week low, with shares down about 37% year to date as of this writing amid worries that AI could disrupt traditional subscription software.
The two sell-offs have very different causes. One company is being punished for spending too much on AI. The other is being punished by the fear that AI undermines its core product.

So, which beaten-down stock is the better buy?
Let's size up each company and then pick a winner.
Oracle
Oracle's growth right now is impressive. Fiscal fourth-quarter revenue rose 21% year over year to $19.2 billion, with total cloud revenue jumping 47% and cloud infrastructure revenue surging 93%. Even more striking, the company's remaining performance obligations (contracted revenue it hasn't yet delivered) ended the quarter at $638 billion, up from $553 billion just three months earlier. For fiscal 2027, management confirmed its forecast of about $90 billion in total revenue, implying growth of about 34%.
But delivering that backlog is brutally expensive.
Oracle generated $32 billion in operating cash flow in fiscal 2026, yet its free cash flow was negative $23.7 billion as it spent heavily on data centers. Oracle raised $43 billion in debt and $5 billion in equity during the year, and it expects to raise about $40 billion more in fiscal 2027. On the company's fiscal fourth-quarterearnings call management indicated net capital spending could reach about $70 billion this fiscal year.
Even after this week's drop, the stock's valuation isn't exactly cheap. Shares trade at a price-to-earnings ratio of about 32 and a forward price-to-earnings ratio of about 23 as of this writing. Investors, in other words, are still paying a premium for growth that requires enormous amounts of borrowed money to deliver.
Salesforce
The software-as-a-service company's story is quite different.
Growth is the concern -- fiscal first-quarter revenue (the period ended April 30, 2026) rose 13% year over year to $11.1 billion, helped along by the company's Informatica acquisition. But the business generates substantial cash. First-quarter free cash flow was $6.6 billion, and the company returned $27.5 billion to shareholders during the period, including a $25 billion accelerated share repurchase funded largely with new debt.
Interestingly, the AI fears hammering the stock haven't shown up in Salesforce's AI results. Agentforce, the company's AI agent product, reached $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue in the fiscal first quarter, up 205% year over year.
"We remain confident in delivering organic revenue acceleration in the second half of FY27, driven by growth in Sales, Service, Slack, Agentforce, and Data 360," said Salesforce president and chief financial and operating officer Robin Washington in the company's fiscal first-quarter earnings release.
With the stock near its 52-week low, Salesforce trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of about 19 as of this writing -- a good-looking valuation considering the company's strong business economics and its solid growth. And this valuation is well below what investors are paying for Oracle.
The better buy
For me, this one comes down to risk versus price.
Oracle offers the faster growth by far, and its $638 billion backlog is a remarkable asset. But converting it into profit demands years of heavy spending, financed with more debt and equity, before shareholders see the payoff. And most of the recent additions to that backlog have come from large AI contracts, concentrating the risk.
Meanwhile, Salesforce makes money today and returns it to shareholders, all while growing its AI products at a triple-digit rate. Yet the market is pricing the stock as if its best days are behind it.
Neither choice is risk-free. If AI demand keeps compounding for years, Oracle could deliver far greater upside than its steadier rival. And if AI agents really do erode demand for subscription software over time, Salesforce's discount could prove deserved.
But at today's prices, I think Salesforce is the better buy. Paying about 19 times earnings for a highly profitable business with accelerating AI revenue strikes me as more attractive than paying a premium for a company that must borrow billions to fund its future. Sometimes the better opportunity is the one the market seems to hate the most.

Better Buy After the Cloud Stock Sell-Off: Oracle or Salesforce?

In early trading on Friday, shares of Sherwin-Williams topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 1.8%. Year to date, Sherwin-Williams has lost about 0.5% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Salesforce, trading down 2.3%. Salesforce is lower by about 38.6% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are International Business Machines, trading down 2.2%, and Goldman Sachs Group, trading up 1.7% on the day.

ServiceNow's NOW Now Assist is becoming one of the key drivers of its AI business on the back of strong customer adoption. ServiceNow continues to see strong demand for Now Assist, its generative AI product suite across its customer base, where the product continues to exceed the company's expectations.
The company had previously set a target of $1 billion in AI revenue contribution for 2026. In the first quarter of 2026, management raised the target to $1.5 billion. This reflects a 50% increase compared with the prior target. What's driving this surge is the stronger adoption of ServiceNow's AI products such as Now Assist, across its customer base, where customers are deploying AI faster and on a much larger scale.
Customer spending trends remained strong in the first quarter. Deals including three or more Now Assist products grew nearly 70% year over year in the first quarter, suggesting that customers are expanding AI usage across multiple workflows rather than testing a single AI feature. This bodes well for ServiceNow's prospects as customers are increasingly moving from AI pilots to full production deployments across their organizations and are now investing in AI across multiple business functions.
Now Assist is also helping ServiceNow grow other AI products. The company stated that adoption of Now Assist is driving demand for AI Control Tower and RaptorDB Pro. In the first quarter, AI Control Tower average deal sizes more than doubled sequentially, while RaptorDB Pro deal volume increased 80% year over year. The above-mentioned factors show how rising customer adoption and higher AI revenue expectations is positioning Now Assist to become an important driver of ServiceNow's AI growth strategy.
The Zacks Consensus Estimate for ServiceNow's 2026 and 2027 revenues indicates year-over-year growth of 21.9% and 18.1%, respectively.
ServiceNow Faces Stiff Competition
ServiceNow is facing stiff competition from the likes of Salesforce CRM and Atlassian TEAM.
Salesforce competes with ServiceNow through its offerings such as Agentforce, Data Cloud and Slack, through which it creates a unified ecosystem and connects customer data with integrated AI across systems, apps and devices. In the first quarter of fiscal 2027, Agentforce’s annual recurring revenues (ARR) surpassed $1 billion, up in triple digits year over year. Salesforce expects this momentum to continue in fiscal 2027, on the back of robust customer demand for its agentic offerings.
Atlassian competes with ServiceNow through its suite of cloud-based software solutions, such as Jira, Rovo and Teamwork Graph, which help organizations collaborate and manage their workforce. In the third quarter of fiscal 2026, Atlassian continued to add millions of monthly active users to Rovo, while strong customer engagement across Jira helped the company's cloud business grow 29% on a year-over-year basis.

Can Strong Demand in Now Assist Boost ServiceNow's AI Revenue Growth?

Shares of software giant Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) are trading near a 52-week low as of this writing, down about 37% year to date -- a slide that makes it one of the worst-performing large-cap software stocks of 2026. The latest leg lower came Thursday, with much of the software sector falling after Oracle reported its quarterly results.
Yet Salesforce's artificial intelligence (AI) business is growing faster than almost anything the company has ever sold. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) for Agentforce, the company's platform for putting autonomous AI agents to work, reached $1.2 billion in the fiscal first quarter of 2027 (the period ended April 30, 2026), up 205% year over year.

So investors are looking at a company whose newest product is more than tripling -- and pricing the stock as if its best days are behind it. Both of these things can't stay true forever.
Here's a closer look at each side of this disconnect, and what could eventually resolve it.
Why investors keep selling the stock
The bear case starts with a thesis that has earned its own nickname: the "SaaSpocalypse." The worry is that increasingly capable AI agents will take over work currently done by humans, shrinking demand for the per-seat subscriptions that software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies sell. And since Salesforce charges largely by the user, the thinking goes, fewer human users could eventually mean less revenue.
Oracle's report this week added to the pressure. While the database giant grew its fiscal fourth-quarter revenue 21%, its free cash flow for the full fiscal year was negative $23.7 billion as it ramps spending on AI data centers. Oracle shares sank about 10% on Thursday, and Salesforce fell alongside the rest of the sector.
And to be fair, the skeptics have some ammunition. Salesforce's fiscal Q1 revenue rose 13% year over year to $11.1 billion, but $444 million of that came from Informatica, the data management company Salesforce acquired last year. Excluding this contribution, growth was closer to 9%. Management also flagged ongoing weakness in its marketing and commerce products, along with softness in Tableau.
The numbers that don't fit the story
But here's the weird thing: despite some slowing in Salesforce's business, AI doesn't seem to be the issue. In fact, AI seems to be a catalyst.
Start with Agentforce. Its ARR stood at $800 million when fiscal 2026 ended on Jan. 31 -- meaning the business grew 50% in a single quarter on its way to $1.2 billion. Even more striking, in a direct challenge to the idea that AI shrinks software seat counts, seven of Salesforce's 10 largest deals in fiscal Q1 added seats.
"[T]here is a latent demand where people want to use Salesforce in their flow of work, but they need a trusted infrastructure," said Salesforce president and chief engineering and success officer Srinivas Tallapragada during the company's fiscal first-quarter earnings call.
Management's position, in other words, is that AI is a tailwind for Salesforce rather than a threat.
CEO Marc Benioff called agentic AI "the biggest growth opportunity for our customers, and for Salesforce" in the company's fiscal Q1 earnings release. And the company is putting money behind the message, entering into a $25 billion accelerated share repurchase earlier this year. Partly thanks to the resulting drop in share count, fiscal Q1 earnings per share jumped 52% year over year to $2.42.
Of course, there's a caveat worth keeping front and center: Agentforce is still small. Against Salesforce's full-year revenue guidance of about $46 billion, $1.2 billion of ARR amounts to less than 3% of the total. A 205% growth rate, however impressive, can't really move the needle yet.
Ultimately, I think we'll get some clarity about whether AI is a catalyst or a deterrent to the overall business in the coming quarters. Management has said it expects organic revenue growth to reaccelerate in the second half of fiscal 2027. If that reacceleration arrives and seat counts keep growing, there's good reason to give the disruption thesis less weight. But if organic growth remains suppressed, the market's skepticism may be justified.
In the meantime, the stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of about 19 -- well below its historical norm. To me, that suggests the market has largely priced in the pessimistic outcome, leaving room for shares to move meaningfully higher if Salesforce delivers on its forecast.
Of course, there's no guarantee management is right, and the stock could remain volatile while the debate plays out. But with Agentforce compounding this quickly and seats still expanding, the burden of proof may now sit with the bears. After all, if AI really were the end of Salesforce, would the company's AI products be its fastest-growing ever?

Salesforce's AI Business Is Growing More Than 200%, but the Stock Is Near a 52-Week Low. Something Has to Give.

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) on Thursday closed up +1.75%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average ($DOWI) (DIA) closed up +1.86%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) closed up +3.29%. June E-mini S&P futures (ESM26) rose +1.73%, and June E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQM26) rose +3.26%.
Stock indexes settled sharply higher on Thursday, after geopolitical risks eased when President Trump canceled planned strikes on Iran and signaled that a peace deal to end the war was imminent. Chipmakers and other AI-related stocks rallied on Thursday, leading the broader market higher. Also, Thursday’s -2% plunge in WTI crude oil sparked a rally in airline stocks and cruise line operators. However, software stocks retreated on Thursday, led by an -8% slump in Oracle after it reported higher-than-expected capital expenses, driven by increased data spending.

Stocks raced to their highs Thursday afternoon when President Trump said he canceled planned military strikes against Iran, citing "discussions" with Iranian leadership. He added that a "time and place of the signing" of a negotiated end to the war would "be announced shortly," and the US naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz "will remain in full force and effect until this transaction is finalized."
Stocks were initially weighed down on Thursday amid concerns about the escalation of Middle East hostilities after President Trump said the US will be hitting Iran very hard tonight and will "at some point" take control of Kharg Island, Iran's key export hub, thus taking control of Iran's oil and gas markets.
Stocks were also pressured by Thursday’s US economic reports, which showed that weekly US jobless claims unexpectedly rose to a 4-month high and that May producer prices were mixed.
Late Wednesday, President Trump said the US will continue bombing Iran if it refuses to agree to an interim peace deal. Mr. Trump ordered multiple strikes on Iranian targets on Wednesday, and Iran retaliated by firing on US bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan. The increase in tensions risks derailing peace talks between Iran and the US, thus keeping the Strait of Hormuz closed, and further tightening global energy supplies.
US weekly initial unemployment claims unexpectedly rose +4,000 to a 4-month high of 229,000, showing a weaker labor market than expectations of a decline to 220,000.
US May PPI final demand rose +1.1% m/m and +6.5% y/y, stronger than expectations of +0.7% m/m and +6.4% y/y, with the +6.5% y/y gain being the largest year-on-year increase in 3.5 years. However, May PI ex food and energy rose +0.4% m/m and +4.9% y/y, weaker than expectations of +0.5% m/m and +5.4% y/y.
WTI crude oil prices (CLN26) are extremely volatile, whipsawing higher and lower several times on Thursday. Crude prices today initially gave up an overnight advance of more than +2% and fell more than -2% after President Trump said he canceled planned strikes on Iran and that a peace deal to end the war was imminent. Crude prices initially rallied more than +2% on Thursday when President Trump said the US would keep attacking Iran and threatened to seize the Kharg Island oil terminal, Iran’s main crude exporting hub.
The markets are discounting a 0% chance of a +25 bp rate hike at the next FOMC meeting on June 16-17.
Overseas stock markets settled mixed on Thursday. The Euro Stoxx 50 closed up +0.78%. China's Shanghai Composite closed down -0.16%. Japan's Nikkei Stock Average recovered from a 2.5-week low and closed up +0.06%.
Interest Rates
September 10-year T-notes (ZNU6) on Thursday closed up +17 ticks, and the 10-year T-note yield fell -9.3 bp to 4.459%. T-notes rallied on Thursday after US weekly jobless claims unexpectedly rose to a 4-month high and May producer prices ex-food and energy rose less than expected, dovish factors for Fed policy. T-notes also garnered support on Thursday from the -2% fall in WTI crude oil prices, which lowered inflation expectations. The 10-year breakeven inflation rate fell to a 2.5-month low of 2.303% on Thursday.
Gains in T-notes were limited after stocks rallied sharply, which curbed safe-haven demand for government debt securities. Also, slack demand for the Treasury’s $22 billion auction of 30-year T-bonds was negative for T-notes, as the auction had a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.33, below the 10-auction average of 2.39.
European government bond yields moved lower on Thursday. The 10-year German Bund yield fell from a 2.5-week high of 3.091% and finished down -4.5 bp to 3.032%. The 10-year UK gilt yield fell -2.6 bp to 4.905%.
The ECB, as expected, raised the deposit facility rate by +25 bp to 2.25% from 2.00% and said, "The outlook remains uncertain, with upside risks for inflation and downside risks for economic growth."
The ECB cut its 2026 Eurozone GDP estimate to +0.8% from a previous estimate of +0.9% and raised its 2026 Eurozone inflation ex-food and energy forecast to +2.5% from a previous forecast of +2.3%.
Swaps are discounting a 62% chance of a +25 bp ECB rate hike at its next policy meeting on July 23.
US Stock Movers
Chipmakers and AI-infrastructure stocks rallied sharply on Thursday amid signs that AI spending is continuing after Oracle reported quarterly capital expenditures that were higher than expected, driven by increased data center spending. Sandisk (SNDK) closed up more than +14% to lead gainers in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, and KLA Corp (KLAC) closed up more than +13%. Also, Lam Research (LRCX) closed up more than +12%, and Applied Materials (AMAT), ARM Holdings Plc (ARM), Marvell Technology (MRVL), and Micron Technology (MU) closed up more than +11%. Eaton Corp Plc (ETN) closed up more than +5% after agreeing to merge its mobility business with Dana Inc in a deal valuing the combined company at roughly $10 billion, including debt.
Allegion Plc (ALLE) closed up more than +3% after Longbow Research upgraded the stock to buy from neutral with a price target of $165.

Stocks Settle Sharply Higher on Middle East Peace Hopes

Stocks are being undercut as crude oil prices erased early losses and whipsawed higher on concerns about the escalation of Middle East hostilities after President Trump said the US will be hitting Iran very hard tonight and will "at some point" take control of Kharg Island, Iran's key export hub, thus taking control of Iran's oil and gas markets.
Stocks are also pressured by today’s US economic reports, which showed that weekly US jobless claims unexpectedly rose to a 4-month high and that May producer prices were mixed.
Late Wednesday, President Trump said the US will continue bombing Iran if it refuses to agree to an interim peace deal. Mr. Trump ordered multiple strikes on Iranian targets on Wednesday, and Iran retaliated by firing on US bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan. The increase in tensions risks derailing peace talks between Iran and the US, thus keeping the Strait of Hormuz closed, and further tightening global energy supplies.
US weekly initial unemployment claims unexpectedly rose +4,000 to a 4-month high of 229,000, showing a weaker labor market than expectations of a decline to 220,000.
US May PPI final demand rose +1.1% m/m and +6.5% y/y, stronger than expectations of +0.7% m/m and +6.4% y/y, with the +6.5% y/y gain being the largest year-on-year increase in 3.5 years. However, May PI ex food and energy rose +0.4% m/m and +4.9% y/y, weaker than expectations of +0.5% m/m and +5.4% y/y.
WTI crude oil prices (CLN26) are extremely volatile, whipsawing higher and lower several times today. Crude prices today initially gave up an overnight advance of more than +2% and fell more than -1% as concerns over the escalation of the US-Iran conflict eased after the US ended strikes against Iran. However, prices then rallied more than +1% again when President Trump said the US would keep attacking Iran and threatened to seize the Kharg Island oil terminal, Iran’s main crude exporting hub.
The markets are discounting a 3% chance of a +25 bp rate hike at the next FOMC meeting on June 16-17.
Overseas stock markets are mixed today. The Euro Stoxx 50 is up +0.89%. China's Shanghai Composite closed down -0.16%. Japan's Nikkei Stock Average recovered from a 2.5-week low and closed up +0.06%.
Interest Rates
September 10-year T-notes (ZNU6) today are up +4 ticks, and the 10-year T-note yield is down -3.0 bp to 4.523%. T-notes are moving higher today after US weekly jobless claims unexpectedly rose to a 4-month high and May producer prices ex-food and energy rose less than expected, dovish factors for Fed policy.
Gains in T-notes are limited after crude oil prices whipsawed higher after President Trump said the US will keep on attacking Iran and threatened to seize Kharg Island, Iran’s main crude exporting hub. Also, supply pressures are negative for T-notes, as the Treasury will auction $22 billion of 30-year T-bonds later today.
European government bond yields are moving lower today. The 10-year German Bund yield fell from a 2.5-week high of 3.091% and is down -4.1 bp to 3.035%. The 10-year UK gilt yield is down -2.6 bp to 4.905%.
The ECB, as expected, raised the deposit facility rate by +25 bp to 2.25% from 2.00% and said, "The outlook remains uncertain, with upside risks for inflation and downside risks for economic growth."
The ECB cut its 2026 Eurozone GDP estimate to +0.8% from a previous estimate of +0.9%, and raised its 2026 Eurozone inflation ex-food and energy forecast to +2.5% from a previous forecast of +2.3%.
Swaps are discounting a 64% chance of a +25 bp ECB rate hike at its next policy meeting on July 23.

Stocks Edge Higher as Chipmakers and AI Stocks Rebound

In early trading on Thursday, shares of Honeywell International topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 2.0%. Year to date, Honeywell International registers a 7.7% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Microsoft, trading down 2.1%. Microsoft is lower by about 19.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Salesforce, trading down 2.0%, and Amgen, trading up 2.0% on the day.

Key Points
SoundHound AI doesn't have a large competitive moat and has largely been a niche player in agentic voice artificial intelligence (AI).
The company has leveraged its customer base and technology to expand into new customer service sectors.
Despite plenty of competition, SoundHound has been growing revenue at 52%.
I've been pretty skeptical of SoundHound AI (NASDAQ: SOUN). Compared with heavy hitters in artificial intelligence (AI) such as Anthropic and OpenAI, the AI-powered voice chatbot company has a small niche and a tiny cash balance. And yet it somehow still has a $3 billion market cap, although that's fallen more than 60% from its 2025 high.
Over the last few quarters, though, I've started to rethink my bearish position on SoundHound. The company has been executing well, and against all odds, it seems to be making headway. Here's why I think SoundHound might be worth a second look for AI investors.

The bear case
SoundHound is essentially combining an old technology (voice recognition) with a very new one (AI).
Phone voice recognition systems predate Apple's Siri and Amazon's Alexa, which debuted in 2010 and 2014, respectively. SoundHound's major innovation was developing voice recognition technology that performs better in environments with heavy background noise, making it a favorite of drive-thrus and in-car audio systems.
The company opened a new market by expanding its agentic AI restaurant ordering systems from drive-thru windows to phone systems, which are used today by major chains like White Castle, Chipotle, Five Guys, Panda Express, and Applebee's. It also provides in-car voice systems for Kia, Hyundai, Lucid, and all of Stellantis' brands, including Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep. And in Q1, it signed a global agreement with "a prominent Japanese manufacturer" for its vehicle voice assistant.
But although SoundHound has a solid, growing presence in these niches, they're comparatively easy niches for an AI chatbot to fill. To really unlock major growth, SoundHound needs to expand into general customer service applications, where there are many more potential customers, but also more potential for error. Plus, on a customer service phone line, SoundHound's background noise-reducing technology isn't as important, putting it at greater risk from competitors.
The bull case
SoundHound's apparent lack of a proprietary moat worried me at first. But just because a technology is widely used doesn't mean a deep-pocketed competitor will necessarily deploy it in this industry to clear the field.
It's no surprise that SoundHound has plenty of competition in this space. An effective agentic AI customer service voice agent platform would have several advantages over human agents beyond cost-effectiveness, including the ability to answer all calls quickly regardless of call volume, 24/7 global availability, multilingual support, and near-instant data retrieval. But it's a very fragmented market with lots of small start-ups operating alongside major players, including Amazon Quick for AWS and Salesforce's Agentforce.
In Q1, SoundHound grew its revenue by 52% year over year to $44.2 million and signed new or expanded deals with at least two dozen customers. It's also been very acquisitive and just agreed to purchase enterprise conversational AI provider LivePerson in April.
If SoundHound can continue to grow its revenue and consolidate market share through new contracts and acquisitions at this pace, it could very easily become a long-term winner. Smart investors should keep an eye on SoundHound.

While Nvidia is the backbone of AI infrastructure, ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) serves as the central nervous system of organizations' IT infrastructure. It monitors its customers' complete software stacks and is deeply integrated with their data and workflows. It's an ingrained, essential system that is highly unlikely to be disrupted by AI and more likely to serve as an integral part of the AI evolution that organizations are starting to embark on.
The company has seen solid growth from AI, with AI commitments now expected to hit $1.5 billion this year, a 50% increase from its prior guidance, showing the rapid adoption of its AI offerings. Its move to a hybrid pricing model has been paying early dividends, with 50% of its new business now coming from non-seat-based pricing, including from tokens and connectors.
ServiceNow also has a huge opportunity with its AI Control Tower, its new agentic AI orchestration platform. AI agents just can't be unleashed into a company's ecosystem without strict guardrails, governance, and constant monitoring, and it has a system that can provide that. With agentic AI still in the very early innings, the company looks like it has the ingredients to be a big winner on the software side.
Salesforce
Another SaaS company well positioned for agentic AI is Salesforce (NYSE: CRM). The company has made some smart under-the-radar moves to turn its platform into an ideal environment to launch AI agents. This includes its Data 360 product, which uses zero-copy technology to grab data from data warehouses, like Snowflake, and cloud computing providers without the expense or cost of transferring it. Its acquisition of Informatica, meanwhile, gave it the technology to clean, organize, and govern this data. Combined, this makes its platform an important master of records for AI agents.
Salesforce has been seeing solid growth from its Agentforce offering, but its overall size is still so small that it's not yet meaningfully moving the needle. However, with agentic AI starting to take off, that should eventually change, and it should become a significant driver down the road.
