Bunge Global SA operates as an agribusiness and food company worldwide. It operates through four segments: Agribusiness, Refined and Specialty Oils, Milling, and Sugar and Bioenergy. The Agribusiness segment purchases, stores, transports, processes, and sells agricultural commodities and commodity products, including oilseeds primarily soybeans, rapeseed, canola, and sunflower seeds, as well as grains comprising wheat and corn; and processes oilseeds into vegetable oils and protein meals. This segment offers its products for animal feed manufacturers, livestock producers, wheat and corn millers, and other oilseed processors, as well as third-party edible oil processing and biofuel companies for biofuel production applications. The Refined and Specialty Oils segment sells packaged and bulk oils and fats that comprise cooking oils, shortenings, margarines, mayonnaise, renewable diesel feedstocks, and other products for baked goods companies, snack food producers, confectioners, restaurant chains, foodservice operators, infant nutrition companies, and other food manufacturers, as well as grocery chains, wholesalers, distributors, and other retailers. This segment also refines and fractionates palm oil, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, and shea butter, and olive oil; and produces specialty ingredients derived from vegetable oils, such as lecithin. The Milling segment provides wheat flours and bakery mixes; corn milling products that comprise dry-milled corn meals and flours, wet-milled masa and flours, and flaking and brewer's grits, as well as soy-fortified corn meal, corn-soy blends, and other products; whole grain and fiber ingredients; die-cut pellets; and non-GMO products. The Sugar and Bioenergy segment produces sugar and ethanol; and generates electricity from burning sugarcane bagasse. Bunge Global SA was founded in 1818 and is headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Bunge Limited appears to be a large and profitable business, but not a very high-quality one in terms of margins, which is important for valuation. Revenue, EBITDA, operating profit, and net profit remain at high absolute levels and generally support the investment case; however, the trend in earnings quality is mixed. The dividend yield of around 0.9% is not a strong re-rating driver and rather plays a supporting role. It is positive that revenue and earnings show no signs of structural deterioration, and assets and equity remain substantial. However, for a higher target multiple, the company lacks convincing growth in capital efficiency and margin expansion. Overall, the fundamentals support a moderately cautious view: the business is strong in scale and cash flow, but the valuation should take into account weak profitability and less-than-ideal liquidity.

In early trading on Friday, shares of Honeywell International topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 7.5%. Year to date, Honeywell International registers a 42.2% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is PayPal Holdings, trading down 11.9%. PayPal Holdings is lower by about 7.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Marvell Technology, trading down 5.6%, and Bunge Global, trading up 3.4% on the day.

Darling Ingredients Inc. DAR has a stronger earnings profile entering the second half of 2026. Second-quarter earnings rose to $2.41 per share from 8 cents a year earlier, while the Zacks Consensus Estimate for 2026 earnings has increased 55.1% in the past four weeks.
The investment case still requires balance. A discounted valuation, stronger core profitability and favorable renewable-fuel economics support the upside case, but higher costs, flat Feed throughput and rendering-capacity constraints raise the execution bar.
DAR's Valuation Leaves Room for Upside
DAR trades at 10.04X forward 12-month EPS, below the Zacks sub-industry's 15.03X and its own five-year median of 11.85X. The discount leaves room for revaluation if recent earnings improvement proves durable.
The stock has already gained 117.3% in the past year, so valuation alone is not enough to remove risk. Continued upside would likely require core margins and renewable-fuel economics to remain supportive as investors reassess the sustainability of 2026 earnings.

DAR's DGD Strength Raises Earnings Potential
Diamond Green Diesel ("DGD") produced 355.9 million gallons in the second quarter, while Darling's share of DGD adjusted EBITDA rose to $389.2 million from $42.6 million a year earlier. Management expects about 335 million gallons of third-quarter production and views margins through 2027 as attractive under the current renewable-fuel mandate.
Valero Energy Corporation VLO is Darling's partner in DGD, giving it direct exposure to the same renewable-diesel venture. Bunge Global SA BG, meanwhile, is expanding its role in renewable-fuels feedstocks through supply agreements and oilseed-processing investments, making it relevant to the broader feedstock and policy backdrop supporting renewable fuels.
Darling's Costs and Capacity Temper the Setup
Selling, general and administrative expenses increased to $151 million in the second quarter from $138.1 million a year earlier. Acquisition and integration costs also rose to $13.2 million from $3.4 million, creating more pressure if commodity prices or DGD margins weaken.
Feed raw material processed remained at 3.1 million metric tons, unchanged from both the year-earlier quarter and the first quarter. Darling is out of rendering capacity in Brazil, while faster U.S. poultry line speeds could pressure its network, leaving future Feed growth more dependent on pricing, mix and execution.

DAR's Core Earnings Base Looks Stronger
Core ingredients adjusted EBITDA climbed to $352.5 million in the second quarter of 2026 from $206.9 million a year earlier. Contract management, commercial optimization, price-risk management and operating efficiencies are helping Darling extract more earnings from its existing asset base.
Management expects third-quarter core ingredients adjusted EBITDA of $325-$340 million. Excluding the second-quarter tariff recovery in Food, that outlook implies underlying earnings generally consistent with the elevated second-quarter level, supporting the case for a more durable core earnings base.
Darling's DGD Economics Add Another Earnings Lift
Darling's share of Diamond Green Diesel adjusted EBITDA surged to $389.2 million from $42.6 million a year earlier. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for 2026 earnings has risen 55.1% in the past four weeks and 53.6% over the past 12 weeks. That magnitude of upward revision gives the recent stock-price advance a clearer earnings foundation.

GrowGeneration Corp. GRWG reported a second-quarter 2026 loss of 3 cents per share, narrower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of 4 cents. The loss also narrowed from 8 cents a year ago.
GRWG's Sales Mix Strengthens
GrowGeneration generated sales of $43.2 million in second-quarter 2026, which increased 5.5% year over year, led by strength in its commercial B2B business. The top line surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $43 million.
Cultivation and Gardening sales increased to $34.9 million from $32.9 million in the prior-year quarter. Proprietary-brand sales rose to $13.8 million from $10.5 million, while non-proprietary brand sales declined to $21.1 million from $22.4 million.
Storage Solutions sales increased to $8.3 million from $8.1 million. Within Cultivation and Gardening, durable-product sales climbed to $9.8 million from $6.7 million, while consumables declined to $25.1 million from $26.2 million.

The cost of sales increased 5.2% year over year to $30.9 million in the quarter. Gross profit moved up 6.3% year over year to $12.3 million. The gross margin was 28.5% in the quarter under review compared with 28.3% in the prior-year quarter. The upside was driven by a higher mix of proprietary-brand products within the company’s Cultivation and Gardening segment.
Selling, general and administrative expenses increased 5% to $6.5 million in the quarter under review. However, total operating expenses fell 13.1% year over year to $14.7 million in the second quarter of 2026, aided by lower store operations and other operational expenses.
Adjusted EBITDA was $0.3 million in the quarter against the prior-year quarter’s negative $1.3 million.
GRWG’s Q2 Cash Position
At the end of the second quarter of 2026, GrowGeneration had cash and cash equivalents of $23.5 million, down from $30.4 million at the end of 2025. Inventory was $35.3 million, while prepaid and other current assets were $7.8 million at the quarter end. Total current liabilities, including accounts payable, accrued liabilities and payroll and payroll tax liabilities, were $25.6 million at the quarter’s end.
GRWG also continued its capital-return program during the quarter. The company repurchased 0.7 million shares at an average price of $1.38 per share, leaving approximately $9 million available under its share-repurchase authorization.
GrowGeneration Raises Adjusted EBITDA Outlook
GRWG reaffirmed its 2026 sales guidance of $162-$168 million. The company expects proprietary-brand sales to reach 40% of Cultivation and Gardening revenues by the year-end and projects full-year gross margin between 27% and 29%.
The company raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook to $2-$3 million compared with its previously expected breakeven adjusted EBITDA. The upside is supported by the second-quarter performance, operating improvements and anticipated tariff-related benefits. For the third quarter of 2026, GRWG expects consolidated net sales of $44-$46 million, implying continued sequential growth.

GrowGeneration Beats on Q2 Earnings, Hikes '26 Adjusted EBITDA View

Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned cash to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Tuesday, Bunge Global's Director, Christopher Mahoney, made a $689,050 buy of BG, purchasing 6,500 shares at a cost of $106.01 each. Mahoney was up about 5.2% on the purchase at the high point of today's trading session, with BG trading as high as $111.47 in trading on Wednesday. Bunge Global is trading up about 0.3% on the day Wednesday. Before this latest buy, Mahoney made one other buy in the past year, purchasing $408,650 shares for a cost of $81.73 each.
And on Monday, Director Andre J. Hawaux bought $100,264 worth of Tractor Supply, buying 3,150 shares at a cost of $31.83 a piece. Tractor Supply is trading up about 0.2% on the day Wednesday. So far Hawaux is in the green, up about 5.1% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $33.44.

Revenues surged 40.6% year over year to a quarterly record of $4.29 billion but missed the consensus estimate of $4.37 billion by 1.88%. Higher prices for copper, molybdenum, zinc and silver were offset by lower sales volumes for copper and its main products.
Cost of sales increased 14.7% year over year to $1.39 billion. Total operating costs and expenses rose 13.8% to $1.67 billion, reflecting higher spending on operating materials, purchased copper, diesel and fuel, and workers’ participation.
Southern Copper Corporation Price, Consensus and EPS Surprise
Operating cash cost after incorporating by-product revenue credits was five cents per pound in the quarter compared with 63 cents in the prior-year quarter, owing to an increase in by-product revenue credits.
Operating income jumped 65.3% to $2.62 billion. Adjusted EBITDA reached a record $2.86 billion, up 59.5% from the prior-year quarter. The adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 790 basis points to 66.6%, reflecting stronger realized prices and disciplined cost management.
Net income attributable to SCCO also reached a record $1.67 billion, rising 71.6% year over year. The net income margin improved to 38.9% from 31.9% in the year-ago period.
SCCO’s Q2 Production Falls on Lower Peruvian Grades
Southern Copper mined 230,662 tons of copper in the reported quarter, down 3.5% year over year. Total copper production decreased 3.6% year
over year to 232,521 tons, including third-party concentrate. A 12% decline at the Peruvian operations more than offset a 3.2% increase in Mexico. Copper sales declined 1.5% to 220,712 tons.
The company mined 7,046 tons of molybdenum in the reported quarter, reflecting a year-over-year decline of 11%. Sales were 6,821 tons in the quarter under review, down 13% from the second quarter of 2025.
Zinc production declined 14.5% year over year to 39,257 tons in the quarter under review on lower production at the Buenavista zinc concentrator. Zinc sales decreased 8.8% year over year to 40,570 tons in the quarter.
Southern Copper's silver production was down 3.8% year over year to 5.76 million ounces, and sales were down 8.7% year over year to 5.516 million ounces.
SCCO Strengthens Cash Flow and Liquidity
Net cash provided by operating activities totaled $1.99 billion in the quarter, more than double the prior-year figure. For the first six months of 2026, operating cash flow increased 116.9% to $3.68 billion, supported by stronger earnings and lower operating working-capital requirements.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at $5.67 billion as of June 30, 2026, while short-term investments totaled $1.66 billion. Long-term debt was $7.99 billion following the issuance of $1.25 billion of 10-year senior unsecured notes carrying a 5.35% interest rate. The proceeds are intended primarily to support the Tía María project and other capital needs of the company’s Peruvian operations.
Southern Copper’s Guidance for 2026
For 2026, Southern Copper expects copper production to reach 917,000 tons, which is 1% above its previous target but implies a 5% year-over-year decline.
Molybdenum production is now projected at 27,900 tons, a 7% increase from its previous target, indicating a 10% decline from the 2025 level. Silver output is projected at 24 million ounces, a decrease of 1% compared with 2025. Zinc production for the year is projected at 163,900 tons, 7% lower than the 2025 level.

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. FCX reported adjusted EPS of 74 cents in the second quarter, up around 37% year over year from 54 cents. The figure topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 62 cents. Revenues declined around 7.3% year over year to approximately $7.03 billion. The figure surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $6.47 billion. Higher realized metal prices were offset by lower copper and gold volumes.
Copper production fell around 18.4% year over year to 786 million pounds in the reported quarter. Consolidated copper sales declined approximately 30.1% year over year to 710 million pounds. The fall primarily resulted from lower operating rates at PTFI during the phased ramp-up of the Grasberg Block Cave underground mine. The company sold 123,000 ounces of gold in the quarter, down 76.4% year over year. Freeport also sold 25 million pounds of molybdenum, up 13.6% from the prior-year quarter.
Teck Resources Limited TECK reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted EPS of CAD $1.93 or $1.39, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 78 cents. It marked a substantial improvement of 415% from the earnings of 27 cents per share in the year-ago quarter. This was attributed to higher base metal prices and increased sales volume of copper and zinc. Including one-time items, the company reported EPS of $1.26 in the quarter compared with the year-ago quarter’s 30 cents.
Net sales amounted to $2.6 billion, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.3 billion. The figure reflects a 78% year-over-year improvement, aided by higher copper and zinc prices and sales.

SCCO Q2 Earnings Beat on Strong Metal Prices Despite Low Volumes

Darling Ingredients Inc. DAR is becoming less dependent on traditional rendering economics as collagen, specialty nutrition and renewable fuels take larger roles in its earnings mix.
The shift offers a better growth profile, but it also raises execution demands. Regulatory approvals, capital allocation and leverage control will determine how much of these trends converts into steadier cash flow.
Darling Expands Its Collagen Growth Platform
Darling’s Food Ingredients segment gives the company a higher-margin channel beyond feed and fuel markets. Its Rousselot and Gelnex brands supply collagen-based ingredients used in food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and pet-food applications.
Demand remains tied to nutrition, health and functional food trends. In the first quarter of 2026, Food segment sales rose to $405 million from $349 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA improved to $81 million from $71 million.

DAR Pursues Scale Through a Collagen Venture
The proposed PB Leiner-Tessenderlo joint venture is central to Darling’s next step in collagen. The transaction could add production capacity and support more efficient raw-material sourcing.
Management has said the venture remains in an antitrust review process. That makes regulatory clearance a key condition before Darling can fully capture the expected benefits of a larger global collagen platform.
