The company also provides home decor products under the West Elm brand; kids accessories under the Pottery Barn Kids brand; and an organic bedding to multi-purpose furniture under the Pottery Barn Teen brand. In addition, it offers made-to-order lighting, hardware, furniture, and home decors inspired by history under the Rejuvenation brand; and women's and men's accessories, travel, entertaining and bar, home décor, and seasonal items under the Mark and Graham brand, as well as operates a 3-D imaging and augmented reality platform for the home furnishings and décor industry. Freeport announced today that its Board of Directors declared cash dividends of $0.15 per share on FCX's common stock payable on February 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2026. The declaration includes a base dividend of $0.075 per share and variable dividend of $0.075 per share in accordance with FCX's performance-based payout framework. The payment of dividends is at the discretion of the Board, which will consider FCX's financial results, cash requirements, global economic conditions and other factors it deems relevant.
Wiley, a global leader in authoritative content and research intelligence for the advancement of scientific discovery, innovation, and learning, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.355 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on December 30, 2025. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.42 per share, an increase from $1.41 per share in Fiscal 2025. In June 2025, Wiley raised its dividend for the 32nd consecutive year.
SM Energy today announces that its Board of Directors approved the quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid on January 9, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 26, 2025.
THOR Industries today announced that its Board of Directors approved, at its December 16, 2025, meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per share. The regular cash dividend is payable on January 19, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 5, 2026.
Williams-Sonoma announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.66 per share of common stock. Each stockholder of record as of the close of business on January 16, 2026 will be paid the cash dividend on February 20, 2026.

Key Points
The familiar furniture retail store published its latest set of quarterly earnings.
Although its performance was mixed, top-line growth was robust, especially when compared to top rivals.
Furniture retailer RH (NYSE: RH) finished the stock trading week in style, with its equity rising by nearly 6% on Friday after it reported third-quarter earnings. This, despite a bottom-line miss and several guidance cuts.
A restorative quarter
For the quarter, RH's net revenue rose by 9% year-over-year to $884 million. Net income according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) also saw an increase, advancing 4% to $36.3 million. On a per-share basis, however, non-GAAP (adjusted) profitability fell to $1.71 from the year-ago figure of $2.48.

The company slightly beat the average analyst estimate of under $883.3 million for revenue, but missed that for adjusted net income ($2.16 per share).
In a combined shareholder letter and earnings release, RH quoted CEO Gary Friedman as saying that "While a meaningful portion of our market share gains are coming from the fragmented to-the-trade design showrooms, regional high-end furniture stores, and local independent boutiques, we are also gaining share from the better furniture-based national brands."
RH provided a table showing that RH's third-quarter revenue performance compared favorably to a clutch of competitors that included Wayfair (up 8%), Williams-Sonoma-owned West Elm (up 4%), and Ethan Allen Interiors (down 5%).
A few changes in guidance
RH made several adjustments to its full-year guidance for 2025. It now expects to post revenue growth of 9% to 9.2% in 2024, compared to a previous range of 9% to 11%. The adjusted operating margin is expected to be 11.6% to 11.9%, down from the preceding 13% to 14%. However, it left unchanged its forecast for free cash flow, which it expects to be $250 million to $300 million.
None of this greatly impresses me personally. Still, I think it's admirable that the company's revenue growth remains quite healthy, given the affordability concerns of the U.S. consumer these days and the disruptions caused by tariffs earlier this year. This isn't a bad stock for believers in the furniture retail sector.

Why RH Stock Popped on Friday

RH RH reported mixed third-quarter fiscal 2025 (ended Nov. 1, 2025) results, with adjusted earnings missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate and declining on a year-over-year basis. Meanwhile, net revenues beat the estimate and increased from the prior year's reported figure.
Shares of RH gained 3.1% in the after-hours trading session yesterday.
RH demonstrated resilience in the quarter, achieving solid revenue growth despite one of the weakest housing backdrops in decades and persistent tariff-related disruptions. Performance was supported by strong momentum across its immersive Gallery model, rapid growth in its hospitality business, early international traction and the successful launch of RH Paris. The expansion of its interior design services and ongoing investment in new product development also helped strengthen the brand’s long-term growth prospects.
However, tariffs continue to elevate costs, delay products and pressure margins, while rising global expansion expenses and persistent housing-market weakness compound near-term challenges. Even so, management emphasized that RH continues to capture meaningful market share and remains committed to investments that they believe will drive long-term strategic separation. Considering the recent trend, RH trimmed its fiscal 2025 guidance.
RH’s Q3 Earnings & Revenue Discussion
The company reported adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.71, which missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.13 by 19.7%. In the year-ago quarter, it had reported adjusted EPS of $2.48.
RH Price, Consensus and EPS Surprise
Net revenues of $883.8 million surpassed the consensus mark of $882.9 million by 0.1% and rose 8.9% year over year. Net revenues from the RH segment increased 8.8% year over year to $835.8 million, while those for Waterworks rose 9.9% to $48 million.
Notably, on a two-year basis, revenues were up 18%, despite what management described as “the worst housing market in almost 50 years, and the polarizing impact of tariffs.” This performance underscores the brand’s continued strength and disruptive positioning amid a challenging housing environment.
RH’s Margin Highlights
The adjusted gross margin contracted 40 basis points (bps) to 44.1% in the reported quarter.
Adjusted Selling, general & administrative expenses (as a percentage of total net revenues) increased 300 bps to 32.5% year over year.
Adjusted operating margin contracted 340 bps year over year to 11.6%. Moreover, adjusted EBITDA decreased 7.6% year over year to $155.8 million for the quarter and adjusted EBITDA margin contracted 320 bps to 17.6%.
RH’s Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
As of Nov. 1, 2025, RH’s cash and cash equivalents were $43.1 million, up from $30.4 million at the end of fiscal 2024. The company ended the third quarter of fiscal 2025 with merchandise inventories worth $875 million compared with $1.02 billion at the end of fiscal 2024.
RH ended the quarter with a net debt of $2.4 billion and a net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio of 4.1x.
Net cash provided by operating activities was $356.2 million as of the first nine months of fiscal 2025 compared with $35.9 million in the year-ago period. Free cash flow was $83 million against a negative $96 million reported in the year-ago period.
Capital expenditures, as of Nov. 1, 2025, were $158.4 million during the first nine months of fiscal 2025, down from $179.9 million in the year-ago period.
RH Unveils Q4 View
For fourth-quarter fiscal 2025, the company expects the quarterly net revenues to grow between 7% and 8% year over year.
Adjusted operating margin is expected to be in the range of 12.5-13.5%, up from 11.3% reported in the prior-year quarter.
Adjusted EBITDA margin is forecasted to be between 18.7% and 19.6%, up from 17.1% reported in the prior-year quarter.
Trimmed FY25 Guidance by RH
For fiscal 2025, RH lowered the higher end of the earlier guided range for revenue growth and is now expecting between 9% and 9.2% (prior expectation was 9% and 11%).
Adjusted operating margin is now expected to be between 11.6% and 11.9% (prior expectation was 13% and 14%), up from 11.3% reported in fiscal 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be between 17.6% and 18% (prior expectation was 19% and 20%), up from 16.9% reported last year.
RH is still expecting free cash flow to be between $250 million and $300 million.

Net revenues for the third quarter of 2025 rose 8.1% year over year to $3.1 billion. Excluding the impact of Wayfair’s exit from Germany, revenue growth stood at about 9% year over year. The figure beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 3.62%.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Wayfair expects revenues to grow in the mid-single digits year over year, with gross margin to range between 30% and 31%. The company expects customer service and merchant fees to remain just below 4% of net revenues, while advertising expenses are projected to represent 11-12% of net revenues in the fourth quarter.

The company reported earnings of $1.96 per share, which topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.87 by 4.8%. In the prior-year quarter, it reported earnings per share (EPS) of $1.87.
Net revenues of $1.88 billion also topped the consensus mark of $1.86 billion by 1.1% and grew 4.4% year over year.

Pottery Barn Kids and Teens comps grew 4.4% compared with 3.8% reported in the year-ago quarter. On the other hand, Pottery Barn comps inched up 1.3% against a 7.5% decline reported in the year-ago quarter.
Operating Highlights of Williams-Sonoma
The gross margin was 46.1% (up from our projection of 45.3%), which expanded 70 basis points (bps) year over year. The growth was driven by higher merchandise margins and supply-chain efficiencies, partially offset by higher occupancy costs.
Selling, general and administrative expenses were 29.1% of net revenues (at par with our projection), reflecting an increase of 60 bps year over year due to higher advertising expense and elevated performance-based incentive compensation.
The operating margin expanded 10 bps from the year-ago figure to 17% for the quarter. Our model predicted an operating margin of 16.1% in the fiscal third quarter.
Williams-Sonoma’s Financial Position
As of Nov. 2, 2025, Williams-Sonoma reported cash and cash equivalents of $884.7 million, down from $1.21 billion at the fiscal 2024-end.
Net cash from operating activities totaled $718 million in the first nine months of fiscal 2025 compared with $726.7 million a year ago. This allowed the company to return nearly $165 million to its shareholders through $555.7 million in stock repurchases and $236.6 million in dividends.
WSM Revised Fiscal 2025 Guidance
Looking ahead, fiscal 2025 will be a 52-week year compared with 53 weeks in fiscal 2024. The company continues to project annual net revenues in the range of +0.5% to +3.5%, with comparable brand revenue growth between +2.0% and +5.0%. Operating margin is now expected between 17.8% and 18.1% (from the 17.4-17.8% range expected earlier), which compares unfavorably with 18.5% reported in fiscal 2024.
The revised outlook considers the new Section 232 tariffs on furniture; the revised additional tariffs on China of 20%, India of 50% and Vietnam of 20%; average tariffs on the rest of the world of 18%; the steel and aluminum tariff of 50% and the copper tariff of 50%.
Over the long term, WSM continues to anticipate mid-to-high single-digit annual net revenue growth and operating margin growth in the mid-to-high teens.

The figure beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 3.62%.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Wayfair expects revenues to grow in the mid-single digits year over year, with gross margin to range between 30% and 31%. The company expects customer service and merchant fees to remain just below 4% of net revenues, while advertising expenses are projected to represent 11-12% of net revenues in the fourth quarter.

Williams-Sonoma Q3 Earnings & Revenues Top, Comps Up Y/Y, Stock Dips

(RTTNews) - Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (WSM), an omni-channel specialty retailer, Wednesday reported higher earnings and revenue for the third quarter compared to the same period last year.
Further, the company reiterated its revenue outlook for fiscal 2025.
Quarterly earnings increased to $241.59 million or $1.96 per share from $237.26 million or $1.87 per share of the last year.
Revenue grew to $1.88 billion from $1.8 billion of the previous year.
Looking forward to the full year, the company continues to expect net revenues in the range of plus 0.5% to plus 3.5%.
Additionally, the company said that it has authorized a buyback of $1 billion of its common stock and it will become effective once the firm's current stock repurchase program is fully utilized.
Currently, WSM shares were trading at $180.55, down 0.11% on the New York Stock Exchange.

Williams-Sonoma Q3 Earnings Rise; Backs FY2025 Outlook

(RTTNews) - Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (WSM) on Wednesday reported its third-quarter results with profit increasing driven by topline growth.
Third-quarter net earnings increased to $241.6 million or $1.96 per share, compared to $237.3 million or $1.87 per share.
Revenues for the quarter increased to $1.88 billion from $1.80 billion last year.
"We are proud to deliver strong results in the third quarter of 2025 with an accelerating positive top-line comp and continued outperformance in profitability. In Q3, our comp came in above expectations at 4.0%, with another quarter of positive comps in all brands. Operating margin came in at 17.0%, expanding 10 basis points, with earnings per share of $1.96, growing 4.8% year-over-year," said Laura Alber, President and Chief Executive Officer.
"We are encouraged by our continued strong performance, and are confident in our outlook for Q4. We are reiterating full year comparable brand revenue growth to be in the range of 2% to 5%, and we are raising our bottom-line guidance to an operating margin of 17.8% to 18.1%," Alber added.
Looking forward, the company reiterated its fiscal 2025 net revenue guidance. The company expects annual net revenues in the range of +0.5% to +3.5% inclusive of the impact from the 53rd week in fiscal 2024, with comps in the range of +2.0% to +5.0%.
