It operates in two segments, Wholesale and Retail. The company offers grocery and general merchandise, produce, perishables and frozen foods, wellness and personal care items, and bulk and foodservice products. It also provides nuts, dried fruit, seeds, trail mixes, granola, natural and organic snack items, and confections under the Woodstock Farms Manufacturing name; organic, non-GMO project verified, and specialty food and non-food items under the Blue Marble brand name; pet food under the WILD HARVEST brand name; and various products under the ESSENTIAL EVERYDAY, SHOPPERS VALUE, Field Day, EQUALINE, CULINARY CIRCLE, and STONE RIDGE CREAMERY brand names. In addition, the company provides home, health and beauty care, and pharmacy products, as well as private label products through a network of Cub Foods and Shoppers retail grocery stores; and retail store support, pricing strategy, shelf and planogram management, advertising, couponing, ecommerce, consumer convenience, store design, equipment sourcing, electronic payments processing, network and data hosting, point-of-sale hardware and software, automation tools, sustainability, and administrative back-office solution services. Further, it offers consumer and trade marketing programs, and programs to support suppliers in understanding its markets. The company serves chains, independent retailers, and supernatural chains, as well as foodservice, ecommerce, conventional military business, and other sales customers. The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) Tuesday closed up +0.06%, the Dow Jones Industrials Index ($DOWI) (DIA) closed up +0.40%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) closed down -0.50%. September E-mini S&P futures (ESU25) rose +0.01%, and September E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQU25) fell -0.52%.
Stock indexes settled mixed on Tuesday. On the positive side, D.R. Horton rallied more than +16% to lead home builders higher after reporting stronger-than-expected Q3 net sales and raising its full-year revenue forecast. Also, Northrop Grumman rose more than +9% after boosting its full-year adjusted EPS forecast. In addition, bond yields fell on Tuesday, supporting stocks after Treasury Secretary Bessent said, "He sees no reason for Fed Chair Powell to step down right now." The 10-year T-note yield fell -4 bp to a 1.5-week low of 4.34%.

Positive trade comments from Treasury Secretary Bessent on Tuesday were supportive for stocks when he said, "trade is in a very good place with China," and he will meet his Chinese counterparts in Stockholm next week. He also said he believes the US "will likely extend" its trade truce with China past the August 12 deadline of the current truce.
Weighing on the Nasdaq 100 index Tuesday was weakness in semiconductor stocks. Also, Lockheed Martin dropped more than -10% after reporting weaker-than-expected Q2 net sales and cutting its full-year EPS estimate. In addition, General Motors fell more than -7% after forecasting full-year EBIT below analysts' estimates.
Tuesday's US economic news was bearish for stocks after the July Richmond Fed manufacturing index unexpectedly fell -12 to an 11-month low of -20, weaker than expectations of an increase to -2.
Recent trade news has put some downward pressure on stocks. Last Wednesday, President Trump announced that he intends to send a tariff letter to more than 150 countries, notifying them that their tariff rates could be 10% or 15%, effective August 1. Also, President Trump recently announced that the US will impose 30% tariffs on US imports from the European Union and Mexico, effective August 1. In addition, Mr. Trump said that a 35% tariff on some Canadian products would take effect on August 1, up from the current 25%.
The markets this week will focus on any tariff news along with the announcement of any new trade deals. On Wednesday, June existing home sales are expected to fall -0.7% m/m to 4.00 million. On Thursday, weekly initial unemployment claims are expected to climb by +6,000 to 227,000. Also, the July S&P US manufacturing PMI is expected to slip -0.4 to 52.5. Finally, on Thursday, June new home sales are expected to climb +4.3% m/m to 650,000. On Friday, June capital goods new orders nondefense ex-aircraft and parts are expected to increase by +0.2% m/m.
Federal funds futures prices are discounting the chances for a -25 bp rate cut at 5% at the July 29-30 FOMC meeting and 58% at the following meeting on September 16-17.
The markets are awaiting a heavy slate of quarterly corporate earnings results this week, including Alphabet and Tesla on Wednesday. About one-fifth of the companies in the S&P 500 are expected to report their Q2 earnings results this week. Early results now show S&P 500 earnings are on track to rise +3.2% for the second quarter, better than the pre-season expectations of +2.8% y/y, according to Bloomberg Intelligence. Also, only six of the eleven S&P 500 sectors are projected to post an increase in earnings, the fewest since Q1 of 2023, according to Yardeni Research.
Overseas stock markets on Tuesday settled mixed. The Euro Stoxx 50 fell to a 2-week low and closed down -0.98%. China's Shanghai Composite climbed to a 9.5-month high and closed up +0.62%. Japan's Nikkei Stock 225 fell from a 3-week high and closed down -0.11%.
Interest Rates
September 10-year T-notes (ZNU25) Tuesday closed up +7 ticks. The 10-year T-note yield fell -4.0 bp to 4.338%. T-notes recovered from overnight losses and climbed to a 2.5-week high, and the 10-year T-note yield fell to a 1.5-week low of 4.326% on comments from Treasury Secretary Bessent, who said "he sees no reason for Fed Chair Powell to step down right now." T-notes extended their gains after the July Richmond Fed manufacturing index unexpectedly fell to an 11-month low. T-notes also garnered carryover support Tuesday from a rally in 10-year German bunds to a 2-week high.
European government bond yields on Tuesday moved lower. The 10-year German bund yield fell to a 2-week low of 2.585% and finished down -2.3 bp to 2.590%. The 10-year UK gilt yield fell -3.4 bp to 4.569%.
The ECB's quarterly Bank Lending Survey stated that "Loan demand was supported by declining interest rates, but dampened by global uncertainty and trade tensions, and while lenders saw a 'slight net increase' in loan demand in Q2, the uptake remained weak overall."
Swaps are discounting the chances at 1% for a -25 bp rate cut by the ECB at Thursday's policy meeting.
US Stock Movers
Weakness in chip stocks was a negative factor for the overall market on Tuesday, with KLA Corp (KLAC) closing down more than -4% to lead losers in the Nasdaq 100. Also, Lam Research (LRCX), ARM Holdings Plc (ARM), Micron Technology (MU), and Broadcom (AVGO) closed down more than +3%. In addition, Nvidia (NVDA) closed down more than -2% to lead losers in the Dow Jones Industrials, and Analog Devices (ADI) and Applied Materials (AMAT) closed down more than -2%.
D.R. Horton (DHI) surged more than +16% to lead homebuilders higher after reporting Q3 net sales of 23,071, better than the consensus of 22,017, and raising its full-year revenue forecast to $33.7 billion-$34.2 billion from a previous estimate of $33.3 billion-$34.8 billion, the midpoint above the consensus of $33.84 billion. Also, PulteGroup (PHM) closed up more than +11%, and Lennar (LEN) and Toll Brothers (TOL) closed up more than +8%.
IQVIA Holdings (IQV) closed up more than +17% to lead gainers in the S&P 500 after reporting Q2 revenue of $4.02 billion, above the consensus of $3.96 billion.
Northrop Grumman (NOC) closed up more than +9% after boosting its full-year adjusted EPS forecast to $25.00-$25.40 from a previous forecast of $24.95-$25.35, the midpoint above the consensus of $25.17.
Quest Diagnostics (DGX) closed up more than +7% after reporting Q2 adjusted EPS of $2.62, better than the consensus of $2.58, and raising its full-year adjusted EPS estimate to $9.63-$9.83 from a previous estimate of $9.55-$9.80.
Genuine Parts Co (GPC) closed up more than +7% after reporting Q2 net sales of $6.20 billion, better than the consensus of $6.11 billion.
PACCAR Inc. (PCAR) closed up more than +6% to lead gainers in the Nasdaq 100 after raising the lower end of its full-year capex estimate to $750 million-$800 million from a previous forecast of $700 million-$800 million.
United Natural Foods (UNFI) closed up more than +3% after Northcoast Research upgraded the stock to buy from neutral with a price target of $36.
Lockheed Martin (LMT) closed down more than -10% to lead losers in the S&P 500 after reporting Q2 net sales of $18.16 billion, weaker than the consensus of $18.53 billion, and cut its full-year EPS estimate to $21.70-$22.00 from a previous estimate of $27.00-$27.30.
General Motors (GM) closed down more than -8% after forecasting full-year adjusted EBIT of $10.00 billion to $11.37 billion, with the midpoint below the consensus of $11.37 billion.
Equifax (EFX) closed down more than -8% after forecasting Q3 adjusted EPS of $1.87-$1.97, below the consensus of $1.99.
Phillip Morris International (PM) closed down more than -8% after forecasting full-year organic revenue to climb +6% to +8%, weaker than the consensus of +8.29%.
Circle Internet Group (CRCL) closed down more than -8% after Compass Point Research & Trading LLC downgraded the stock to sell from neutral with a price target of $130.
MSCI Inc (MSCI) closed down more than -8% after reporting Q2 net new recurring subscription sales of $43.8 million, weaker than the consensus of $46.6 million.

Natural and Organic Food Stocks Showing Strong Potential for 2025

A month has gone by since the last earnings report for Smucker (SJM). Shares have added about 7.5% in that time frame, outperforming the S&P 500.
But investors have to be wondering, will the recent positive trend continue leading up to its next earnings release, or is Smucker due for a pullback? Before we dive into how investors and analysts have reacted as of late, let's take a quick look at its latest earnings report in order to get a better handle on the important catalysts.
The J.M. Smucker Q4 Earnings Top Estimates, Sales Down 3% Y/Y
The J. M. Smucker Company reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 results, with the top line missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate but the bottom line exceeding the same. However, both metrics declined year over year. SJM’s fiscal fourth-quarter results reflect the impact of several key transactions, including the divestiture of certain Sweet Baked Snacks value brands (March 3, 2025), the divestiture of the Voortman business (Dec. 2, 2024), the divestiture of the Canada condiment business (Jan. 2, 2024), the acquisition of Hostess Brands (Nov. 7, 2023) and the divestiture of the Sahale Snacks business (Nov. 1, 2023).
SJM’s Quarterly Performance: Key Metrics and Insights
Adjusted earnings of $2.31 per share decreased 13% year over year. However, the bottom line surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.25.
Net sales amounted to $2,143.8 million, which fell 3% year over year and missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2,191 million. Excluding noncomparable net sales of last year associated with divestitures as well as currency movements, the top line dipped 1%. The downtick in comparable net sales can be attributed to the lower volume/mix (down 3%), partly made up by net price realization (up 3%).
The gross profit went down 10% due to elevated costs, unfavorable volume/mix and the noncomparable impact of divestitures, partially offset by better net price realization. The adjusted gross profit fell 9%.
The adjusted operating income fell 8% year over year to $422.4 million.
Decoding SJM’s Segmental Performance
U.S. Retail Pet Foods: The segment’s sales fell 13% to $395.5 million. The volume/mix had an 11-percentage-point adverse impact on net sales, while net price realization decreased the metric by 2 percentage points. The segment’s profit decreased 7% to $106.1 million. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for segment sales was pegged at $434 million.
U.S. Retail Coffee: The segment’s sales grew 11% to $738.6 million, backed by higher net price realization (up 10%), while volume/mix remained neutral. The segment’s profit went up $0.9 million to $211.2 million. The consensus estimate for segment sales was pegged at $715 million.
U.S. Retail Frozen Handheld and Spreads: Sales in the segment decreased $0.7 million to $449.8 million, while the consensus mark was $462 million. The volume/mix boosted net sales by 1 percentage point and the net price realization decreased the metric by 1 percentage point. The segment’s profit tumbled 5% to $91 million.
Sweet Baked Snacks: Sales in the segment were $251 million, down 26% year over year. Excluding noncomparable sales related to divestitures, net sales declined 14%. Both volume/mix and net price realization had an adverse impact on net sales. The consensus estimate for segment sales was pegged at $270 million. Segment profit slumped 72% to $20 million in the quarter.
International and Away From Home: Net sales increased 3% to $308.9 million compared with the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $311 million. Excluding unfavorable foreign currency exchange, net sales grew 4%. The volume/mix had a 1-percentage-point negative effect and the net price realization had a positive impact of 6 percentage points on net sales. The segment’s profit increased 13% to $69.2 million.
SJM’s Financial Health Snapshot
The J. M. Smucker exited the quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $69.9 million, long-term debt (net of current portion) of $7,036.8 million and total shareholders’ equity of $6,082.6 million.
Cash flow provided by operating activities amounted to $393.9 million for the three months ended April 30, 2025. Free cash flow was $298.9 million in the same time frame. Free cash flow and capital expenditures are likely to be $875 million and $325 million, respectively, in fiscal 2026.
What to Expect From SJM in Fiscal 2026
Fiscal 2026 net sales are anticipated to increase in the range of 2% to 4%. This includes an impact related to the divestitures of the Voortman business and certain Sweet Baked Snacks value brands. SJM anticipates comparable net sales to increase approximately 3.5-5.5%, excluding noncomparable sales from Voortman divestitures and certain Sweet Baked Snacks brands. The growth reflects higher net price realization, partially offset by volume/mix declines. This guidance also accounts for a $38-million decline in contract manufacturing sales following the end of the pet food brand agreement in fiscal 2025. The adjusted EPS for fiscal 2026 is envisioned in the band of $8.50 to $9.50. The company recorded an adjusted EPS of $10.12 in fiscal 2025. The bottom-line guidance takes into account an adjusted gross profit margin of about 35.5-36% and a roughly 3% rise in SD&A expenses.

Monster Beverage Corporation MNST delivered mixed first-quarter 2025 results, wherein the bottom line beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate while the top line missed. Earnings increased year over year, while sales declined.
The company has seen growth opportunities in household penetration and per capita consumption, and robust demand for energy drinks. It has introduced several products in the reported quarter. In the United States, Monster Energy Ultra Blue Hawaiian has been among the top-selling products. Innovation has been playing a major role. MNST continues to launch its affordable energy brands, Predator and Fury, in various markets across the world. However, the Alcohol Brands unit has been putting pressure on the company’s financial results.
In the reported quarter, the impact of tariffs on MNST’s operating results was immaterial. Management highlighted that the tariff backdrop is complicated and dynamic. The company will recognize tariffs on aluminum via the higher Midwest premium and has been reviewing mitigation actions across its business. AAF, its flavor and concentrate subsidiary, intends to establish a facility in Brazil, likely to be operational later in 2026. The company remains excited about its innovation pipeline in 2025.

Net sales of $1.85 billion lagged the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.98 billion. The top line fell 2.3% year over year, due to bottler/distributor ordering patterns in the United States and EMEA, unfavorable foreign currency exchange rates, lower sales in the Alcohol Brands segment, adverse weather, one less selling day in the reported quarter and uncertain economic conditions.

Excluding the Alcohol Brands segment, net sales, on a foreign-currency adjusted basis, rose 1.9% in the first quarter. Excluding the Alcohol Brands unit, management estimates that year-to-date gross billings, on a foreign currency adjusted basis, through April 30, 2025, were roughly 6.9% higher and 5.8% higher, including the Alcohol Brands segment.
Monster Beverage’s shares have gained 25.8% in the past three months compared with the industry’s 8.5% growth.
A Peek Into MNST’s Q1 Performance
Monster Beverage has been reviewing opportunities for price increases domestically and internationally.
Per the Nielsen reports for the four weeks through April 26, 2025, sales in dollars in the energy drink category in the convenience and gas channel, including energy shots, jumped 8.9% year over year. Sales of the company’s energy drink brands, including Bang, increased 6.8% in the latest four weeks in the convenience and gas channel. Sales of Monster climbed 8.2%. Reign’s sales dipped 6%, NOS was up 1.9% and Full Throttle dipped 1.7%. Sales of Red Bull increased 15.2%.
According to Nielsen, for the four weeks ended April 26, 2025, MNST’s market share of the energy drink category in the convenience and gas channel, including energy shots in dollars, fell to 36.4% from 37.1%, including Bang. The company’s shares fell to 29% from 29.2%. Reign’s share dipped 0.4 of a share point to 2.6%. NOS’ share dropped 0.1 of a share point to 2.5%. Full Throttle’s share declined to 0.6% from 0.7%. Bang’s share was 1.7%. Red Bull’s share jumped two share points to 36.8%.
In Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), net sales dropped 2.6%, while in Asia-Pacific (APAC), sales rose 10.4%. Sales in Latin America, including Mexico and the Caribbean, fell 3.1%.
Net sales to customers outside the United States slipped 1.5% to $733.2 million, representing about 40% of the total net sales. On a currency-adjusted basis, sales to customers outside the United States jumped 6.2% to $790.5 million.
Insights Into MNST’s Segmental Performance
Monster Energy Drinks: Sales of this segment, which includes Monster Energy drinks, Reign Total Body Fuel high-performance energy drinks, Reign Storm total wellness energy drinks and Bang Energy drinks, fell 0.6% to $1.72 billion. The segment’s sales included a negative impact of $50.8 million from adverse currency rates. On a currency-adjusted basis, net sales for the segment rose 2.2%.
Strategic Brands: The segment includes a range of energy drink brands acquired from Coca-Cola, as well as the company’s affordable energy brands, Predator and Fury. The segment’s net sales dropped 9.3% year over year to $98.3 million, mainly owing to the timing differences in concentrate sales. Currency headwinds hurt sales by $6.6 million. On a currency-adjusted basis, net sales for the segment dipped 3.3%.
Alcohol Brands: Net sales for the segment, which includes The Beast Unleashed, Nasty Beast Hard Tea and several craft beers and hard seltzers, plunged 38.1% year over year to $34.7 million. The decline was led by the reduced sales volumes of The Beast product line and the launch of the Nasty Beast Hard Tea product line in the year-ago period.
Other: Net sales for the segment, which includes some products of American Fruits & Flavors, LLC, sold to independent third parties (AFF Third-Party Products), rose 8% year over year to $6 million.
MNST’s Costs & Margins
The cost of sales was $806.6 million, down 7.5% year over year. The company’s gross margin expanded 240 basis points (bps) year over year to 56.5%, buoyed by supply-chain optimization and pricing.
Operating expenses fell 1.4% to $478.2 million, while the metric, as a percentage of net sales, was 25.8%, increasing 30 bps from the year-earlier quarter. Distribution expenses dipped 17.8% to $77.6 million and as a percentage of net sales, contracted 80 bps to 4.2%.
Selling expenses dipped 1.2% to $172.3 million, but expanded 10 bps to 9.3% as a percentage of net sales. General and administrative expenses for the first-quarter were $228.4 million, up 5.6% from the year-ago quarter.
Adjusted operating income, exclusive of the Alcohol Brands segment, jumped 7.9% to $591.2 million.
MNST’s Financial Health
This Zacks Rank #3 (Hold) company ended 2024 with cash and cash equivalents of $1.9 billion and total stockholders' equity of $6.5 billion.
During the reported quarter, the company did not repurchase any shares under its current share repurchase program. As of May 8, 2025, roughly $500 million was available for buyback under its existing share repurchase program.
MNST repaid $175 million on its term loan facility in the first quarter and subsequently repaid $200 million in April. This satisfied the entire outstanding borrowings under such facility. As of May 8, 2025, the company’s revolving credit facility was unused and wholly available.

Monster Beverage Q1 Earnings Beat, Lower Sales Across Segments Hurt

Molson Coors Beverage Company TAP posted dismal first-quarter 2025 results, wherein the top and bottom lines missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate and declined year over year.
The company’s adjusted earnings of 50 cents per share decreased 47.4% year over year and lagged the consensus estimate of 80 cents.

Net sales dropped 11.3% year over year on a reported basis and 10.4% on a constant-currency basis to $2.30 billion and missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.44 billion. The decline was due to lower financial volumes and adverse currency, partly offset by an improved price and sales mix.

Shares of Molson Coors have fallen more than 5% in the pre-market trading session today, due to bleak first-quarter 2025 results and trimmed view for 2025. The Zacks Rank #3 (Hold) company has gained 6.7% in the past three months compared with the industry’s 20.5% growth.
Molson Coors’ Q1 Details
Financial volumes dropped 14.3% year over year, mainly led by lower shipments across the Americas and EMEA&APAC segments. Brand volumes fell 8%, with a 7.4% decline in the Americas and a 9.8% fall in EMEA&APAC.
Net sales were positively influenced by the price and sales mix, which increased 3.9% year over year as a result of a favorable sales mix from reduced contract brewing volumes in the Americas segment and higher net pricing.
Gross profit decreased 11.7% year over year to $850.9 million and the gross margin fell 20 basis points (bps) to 36.9% in the quarter.
Marketing, general and administrative (MG&A) expenses dropped 0.2% year over year on a reported basis to $653.2 million due to reduced marketing investment and positive foreign currency impacts, partly offset by increased general and administrative expenses stemming from about $30 million of integration and transition fees from the Fevertree USA, Inc. acquisition. Underlying MG&A inched up 1.2% in constant currency.
Underlying earnings before taxes (EBT) plunged 41.1% year over year to $156.3 million. On a constant-currency basis, underlying income before taxes fell 49.5% owing to lower financial volumes and cost inflation with respect to materials and manufacturing expenses, partly offset by favorable mix, pricing and cost savings.
TAP’s Segmental Information
Americas: Net sales in the segment dropped 12.3% year over year to $1.88 billion on a reported basis and 11.5% on a constant-currency basis. The decline was due to lower financial volumes, offset by a positive price and sales mix. Sales in the segment lagged the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.96 billion.
Financial volumes were down 15.6% year over year, resulting from lower brand volumes, the cycling of an increased distributor inventory build in the year-ago period to offset the impact of the Fort Worth brewery strike and about 4% effect from lower contract brewing volume stemming from the exit of contract brewing arrangements across the US and Canada. Americas brand volumes fell 7.4%, with an 8.8% decline in the US, due to the macroeconomic impacts from industry softness, the cycling of double-digit growth in the core power brands in the year-ago period and one less trading day in the reported quarter. Canada brand volumes dipped 2.7%.
Price and sales mix positively impacted net sales by 4.1%, mainly owing to favorable sales mix from lower contract brewing volumes, positive brand mix and higher net pricing. Underlying EBT plunged 36.8% on a constant-currency basis, mainly owing to reduced financial volumes, cost inflation with respect to materials and manufacturing expenses, and increased MG&A expenses, somewhat offset by favorable mix, favorable net pricing and cost savings.
EMEA&APAC: The segment’s net sales (on a reported basis) fell 6% year over year to $427.3 million and 4.9% on a constant-currency basis. Sales were hurt by a decline in financial volumes and adverse foreign currency impacts. The price and sales mix improved 4.8% on higher net pricing, premiumization and increased factored volumes. The Zacks Consensus Estimate was pegged higher at $452 million.
Financial volumes dipped 9.7% year over year and brand volumes fell 9.8% due to reduced volumes in all regions, due to weak market demand and increased competitive backdrop. The segment’s underlying loss before taxes increased 22.5% year over year on a constant-currency basis, owing to lower financial volumes, somewhat offset by reduced MG&A expense and higher net pricing.
Financial Updates for TAP
Molson Coors ended the first quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $412.7 million. As of March 31, 2025, the company had a total debt of $6.24 billion, resulting in a net debt of $5.83 billion.
Net cash provided by operating activities amounted to $90.7 million in first-quarter 2025. Moreover, it recorded a negative underlying free cash flow of $264.6 million as of March 31, 2025, mainly due to lower operating cash flows and higher capital expenditures.
During first-quarter 2025, TAP paid $59.6 million, including brokerage commissions, for share repurchases and dividends of $99.2 million.
What to Expect From TAP in 2025?
The global macro landscape is evolving fast, leading to uncertainty. Management has revised the 2025 view for some key financial metrics, due to the impacts of the global macroeconomic landscape on the beer industry and consumer trends. The company has reviewed some factors, including the direct cost impacts from tariffs, the indirect impacts of multi-faceted trends and inherent uncertainties. Molson Coors now projects 2025 sales to decrease in low-single-digit year over year on a constant-currency basis compared with an increase in low-single-digit expected earlier.
Molson Coors expects 2025 underlying EPS to grow in the low single-digit range from 2024 compared with the earlier expectation of a high single-digit increase. It now expects underlying EBT to decline low-single-digit year over year at constant currency against mid-single-digit growth projected previously. Underlying depreciation and amortization are projected to be $675 million, plus or minus 5%. The company expects an underlying effective tax rate of 22-24% for 2025. Consolidated net interest expenses are anticipated to be $215 million, plus or minus 5%.
The company estimates a capital expenditure of $650 million (plus or minus 5%) for 2025 compared with $750 million (plus or minus 5%) guided earlier. The underlying free cash flow is expected to be $1.3 billion, plus or minus 10%.
