VONE, UNH, MRK, TMO: ETF Outflow Alert

(RTTNews) - Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (TMO), a life science and clinical research company, on Tuesday announced it has priced a $3.8 billion senior notes offering to partially fund its pending acquisition of Clario Holdings, Inc.
Thermo Fisher expects the offering to close on or about February 12.
The offering comprises $1.0 billion of 4.215% senior notes due 2031 priced at par, $750 million of 4.550% senior notes due 2033 priced at 99.783%, $1.3 billion of 4.902% senior notes due 2036 priced at par, and $750 million of 5.546% senior notes due 2046 priced at par.
Interest on the notes will be paid on a semi-annual basis.
Net proceeds will be used to pay a portion of the cash for the Clario acquisition.
The company said that, pending the completion of the transaction, proceeds may also be used for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions, debt repayment or refinancing, working capital, capital expenditures, share repurchases, or short-term investments.
Thermo Fisher Scientific closed the regular trading session on February 10, at $546.76, up $3.93 or 0.72%. Later, in overnight trading, the share price rose to $549, gaining $2.24 or 0.41%, as of 12:18 AM EST.

Also, C Worldwide may have seen an opportunity, especially given the rapid improvement in Argentina’s economy, one of MercadoLibre’s largest markets. Moreover, the leadership change in Venezuela after the quarter ended could provide further opportunity for the company.
Finally, the stock’s slow growth has helped make MercadoLibre a cheaper stock. While it may not appear so, given its P/E ratio of 51, that earnings multiple compares well with Amazon in past years, indicating a recovery could come sooner rather than later.

Thermo Fisher (TMO) Q4 2025 Earnings Transcript

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.'s TMO fourth-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $6.57 beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 2.1%. The figure increased 7.7% year over year.
The adjusted number excludes certain expenses, including asset amortization costs and certain restructuring costs.
Fourth-quarter GAAP EPS was $5.21, up 9% when compared with the year-ago quarter’s figure.
Full-year adjusted EPS of $22.87 beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 0.6%. The figure increased 4.6% year over year.
TMO’s Revenues
Revenues increased 7.1% year over year to $12.22 billion. The top line surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 2.3%. Organic revenues in the reported quarter increased 3% year over year.
Full-year revenues increased 3.9% year over year to $44.56 billion. The figure surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 0.6%.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of TMO rose 0.6% in pre-market trading today.

The adjusted operating margin in the quarter was 22.4%, reflecting a contraction of 113 bps.

Thermo Fisher exited the fourth quarter of 2025 on a solid note, with both earnings and revenues beating respective estimates. The strong operational performance reflected the effectiveness of the company's proven growth strategy, the PPI Business System and ongoing active management.
Thermo Fisher made several high-impact launches in the fourth quarter, including the Helios MX1 Plasma Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscope. Additionally, the company received FDA approval for the Ion Torrent Oncomine Dx Target Test and the EXENT System. All these developments are poised to support its growth in the coming quarters.
However, the contraction of both margins is discouraging.
