In 2025, Amazon's net sales of $717 billion increased by 12%. Net income came in at $77.7 billion, rising 31% yearly amid rapid AWS growth and slower growth in the company's costs and expenses.
In contrast, Sea Limited deals with a less developed financial system in most of its markets.
It has a significant number of unbanked customers, leading in part to the establishment of its Monee fintech arm to serve such people. Monee provides products that cash-based customers can buy online. It offers digital wallets, payment processing, credit, banking, and insurance. Also, it is typically the fastest-growing segment within Sea Limited.
However, in 2025, its largest earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) profits come from its original business segment, mobile gaming company Garena. Garena is best known for its Free Fire mobile game. Still, the gaming business is always evolving, and following the pandemic, it was Sea's worst-performing segment, forcing investors to be on the lookout for volatility.

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the Dimensional US Core Equity 2 ETF, where 10,300,000 units were destroyed, or a 1.0% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of DFAC, in morning trading today Nvidia is off about 1.2%, and Apple is up by about 1.4%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the Columbia Research Enhanced International Equity ETF, which lost 200,000 of its units, representing a 40.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of REFA, in morning trading today Sea is down about 2.1%, and Check Point Software Technologies is higher by about 0.6%.

1. Figma
Despite the unique value proposition of its software, Figma (NYSE: FIG) stock has struggled since its IPO last July. Investors anxiously awaited the launch of this stock as an attempted buyout by Adobe wound down, and customers took to its collaborative approach to UI/UX design for websites and apps.
However, after an IPO day run-up, investors began to balk at its valuation, and the stock has steadily declined since that time. Consequently, Figma now trades near 52-week lows.
Fortunately for interested investors, that price makes the stock increasingly attractive. It now sells at an 85% discount to its record closing price, which is $122 per share.
Moreover, the $1.06 billion in revenue earned in 2025 rose by 41% compared to 2024 levels. Also, while it reported a $1.25 billion net loss in 2025, all of that loss came from its $1.36 billion in stock-based compensation, a noncash expense. That allowed it to generate $243 million in free cash flow.
Plus, the price-to-sales (P/S) ratio that was well above 60 at the stock's peak has now fallen to 9. Admittedly, the pullback might be understandable with revenue growth expected to slow to 30%, well below year-ago levels. Nonetheless, with more customers adopting Figma's platform, the current stock price is less likely to stay at this low valuation.
2. Sea Limited
Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) may not be familiar to many American investors. Some may recognize the Free Fire mobile game developed by its gaming company, Garena. Still, the majority of its operations are in Southeast Asia, where it also runs the leading e-commerce company in the region, Shopee, and fintech giant Monee.
Despite its success in three high-growth businesses, bookings at Garena dropped by 20% quarter over quarter, and Monee's credit losses rose by 77% yearly as the company sought to increase loan volumes. The lower fuel supplies from the Middle East have also added to the uncertainty that has tremendously pressured the stock.
Nonetheless, the sell-off looks increasingly overdone, as the stock has fallen by 57% since last September.
Also, growth continues at a rapid pace. Its 2025 revenue of $22.9 billion increased by 36% yearly, with all three businesses posting double-digit growth. Moreover, with cost and expense growth not keeping pace with revenue, Sea reported more than $1.6 billion in net income, a 260% yearly increase.
What's more, its P/E ratio is 33, a level near multiyear lows and one that arguably makes the stock inexpensive given its growth. Considering the discounted stock price and this relatively low valuation, investors should think about buying shares.
3. Palo Alto Networks
Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) has become a cybersecurity leader by taking a generalist approach, working to protect endpoints while also developing strengths in network and hardware security. Moreover, Palo Alto works with companies that have both cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure that need protection, offering more flexibility than many other platforms.
Despite its offerings, IT companies have numerous choices due to the intense competition in this industry. Additionally, AI anxiety is hammering the sector as current cybersecurity products can't protect against some advanced AI applications. Amid its purchases of CyberArk and Chronosphere, investors also have questions about how well Palo Alto will integrate these assets into its ecosystem.
Still, its stock has fallen 30% since last October. Also, growth has stayed at a steady pace. In the first half of fiscal 2026 (ended Jan. 31), its $5.1 billion in revenue rose by 15% from year-ago levels.
Costs and expense increases lagged its revenue growth, which led to net income of $766 million in the first two quarters of fiscal 2026, a 24% yearly rise. This makes it one of the few cybersecurity companies currently earning a profit.
Admittedly, at a P/E ratio of 86, it is not a cheap stock. Nonetheless, rising profits should bring down that earnings multiple, and with a price-to-sales (P/S) ratio of 11, Palo Alto is likely the stock to own in this space.

MercadoLibre (NASDAQ: MELI) has been the top stock to own on the market for most of its history.
Since its IPO, the Latin American e-commerce company has delivered stock growth of 5,500%. However, recently the stock has pulled back sharply on concerns about competition from the likes of Amazon and Sea Limited's Shopee, and margins have fallen as it steps up investments in logistics and other initiatives.

Where MercadoLibre stands today
MercadoLibre has delivered strong top-line growth over its history, and that continued into the fourth quarter with revenue up 45% to $8.76 billion.
However, operating margins did decline, falling from a 14.6% in the quarter a year ago to 10.1%, which the company attributed to its strategic investments in free shipping, first-party e-commerce, cross-border trade, and its credit card business.
While the sell-off is understandable, the top-line growth shows that MercadoLibre is still chasing a large growth opportunity as it expands into new markets in Latin America and further penetrates its core markets like Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.
MercadoLibre has also built an impressive set of competitive advantages, including its third-party marketplace, digital payments and fintech business, logistics business that delivers customer orders, and a credit business. Much like Amazon, those businesses are interconnected, reinforce each other, and are difficult to replicate. The company also has its own subscription membership program, MELI+, that offers similar benefits to Amazon Prime, including free delivery.
Can MercadoLibre bounce back?
Investor sentiment has soured since the war in Iran began, and higher oil prices are going to pressure e-commerce and logistics companies. However, the company has fended off competition from Amazon and others in the past, and investors may need to see evidence that it can do it again. In order for the stock to start recovering, investors may need to see its operating margin expanding again, or at least stabilizing.
MercadoLibre doesn't provide guidance, which is likely adding to those concerns, which means that investors will need to assess each quarter at a time.
Still, it's a mistake to think that a company growing sales by 45% in a developing market is at risk of being disrupted. MercadoLibre isn't cheap, but at a price-to-earnings ratio of 40, the stock seems well-priced for its growth potential.

3 Growth Stocks Won't Be This Cheap For Long

In today's uncertain economic environment, several tech stocks once regarded as high-flyers have sold off. Amid high capital expenditure (capex) costs and uncertainty as to how artificial intelligence (AI) will affect the tech landscape, many investors have soured on the sector.
Fortunately, the sell-off could be a blessing in disguise for investors who wanted to buy into tech but felt valuations were too frothy. As many stocks trade at a significant discount, it may be time to consider these two tech stocks.

Oracle
Perhaps no stock over the last few months has seen a more dramatic reversal of fortune than Oracle (NYSE: ORCL). The stock was riding high after it formed a $300 billion partnership with OpenAI that sent its stock soaring in 2025.
However, hope gave way to skepticism as the year ended and 2026 began, as some questioned whether OpenAI could live up to its end of the bargain. Moreover, investors are balking at Oracle's massive debt and its spending spree to keep up with the heavy demand for its lower-cost AI infrastructure.
Additionally, it has already run up nearly $135 billion in debt and plans to spend an additional $50 billion on capex in 2026.
Investors likely overreacted to Oracle's situation and caused a sell-off that wiped out more than half of the stock's value. Oracle recently delivered encouraging news in its earnings report for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 (ended Feb. 28). Its backlog has grown to $553 billion, with an 84% increase in cloud infrastructure revenue suggesting those bookings are increasingly translating into revenue.
Amid the negativity, Oracle's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio has fallen to 28, and looking ahead, the forward P/E ratio of 21 indicates the stock has moved into oversold territory. Hence, as more of the backlog turns into revenue, Oracle could see a recovery as investors return to the stock.
Sea Limited
Another stock that has arguably become oversold is Sea Limited (NYSE: SE). The Southeast Asian tech conglomerate often gets compared to Amazon or MercadoLibre as it supports a market-leading e-commerce business in Southeast Asia, coupled with fintech and gaming segments.
Unfortunately, margin pressures and the massive growth in its loan volume appear to have spooked investors. Since peaking last September, the stock price has fallen more than 55%.
Still, the lower margins in its e-commerce segment came as it expanded its VIP program, which will probably tie more customers to its ecosystem in the long run.
Moreover, lenders that Sea partners with like the way its fintech segment, Monee, utilizes AI to better evaluate borrowers. It's an approach that could expand loan volumes while keeping bad loan risks in check. Also, the gaming segment Garena, which took a huge hit during the pandemic, now reports rising bookings growth.
With these results, revenue grew 36% in 2025. Garena's revenue increased by 26%, while revenue surged 60% for Monee. Shopee's revenue was up 33% over the same time frame.
Also, thanks to the pullback in the stock price, its P/E ratio is now 33. Considering that expected growth in 2026 takes the estimated forward P/E ratio to 22, that low earnings multiple and the rapid growth could foster a rebound in the stock price.

2 Beaten-Down Tech Stocks Coiled for a Massive Rebound

Sea Limited is a triple threat with booming e-commerce, digital financial services, and gaming businesses.
Its revenue growth accelerated for the second straight year in 2025, and its profits rocketed higher.
Sea stock is trading at an extremely attractive valuation, which could open the door to significant upside.
The benchmark S&P 500 index is off to a rocky start to 2026, having lost around 5% of its peak value. With geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainty on the rise, this sell-off could morph into a correction of 10% or more. But throughout history, the S&P 500 has always recovered to new record highs over the long term, so dips usually represent buying opportunities for investors.
For that reason, I bought Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) stock earlier this month. It's a Singapore-based technology powerhouse operating three core businesses in the e-commerce, gaming, and digital financial services segments. Its stock has heavily underperformed the market lately, declining by a whopping 56% from its 52-week high.

But I think it's a solid buy based on its extremely attractive valuation, and the company's rapid financial growth.
A triple threat in the digital economy
Sea owns Shopee, which is the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. It processed 13.9 billion orders worth $127.4 billion during 2025, and both numbers were record highs. Sea is squeezing more revenue out of Shopee over time by selling digital ads on the platform. It's also improving its logistics network to deliver products to customers much faster, which in turn leads to more orders.
Then there is Sea's digital financial services platform, Monee. It lends money to Shopee merchants to help them grow their business, and it also offers buy now, pay later loans to consumers to supercharge their purchasing power. Monee had 37 million active borrowers at the end of 2025, growth of 40% year over year. They held $9.2 billion in loans, which was up by a whopping 80%.
Sea's third and final business segment is digital entertainment, which is home to the company's Garena game development studio. Garena is responsible for some of the world's most popular mobile games, including Free Fire, Call of Duty: Mobile, and EA Sports FC. The studio served over 633 million users during the fourth quarter of 2025, which was a modest increase from the same period in 2024.
Sea's revenue growth is accelerating
Sea generated a record $22.9 billion in total revenue during 2025, representing a 36.4% year-over-year increase. That growth rate accelerated for the second straight year, which highlights the company's incredible momentum. Here's how its 2025 revenue was broken down.

Although the e-commerce business is clearly Sea's largest source of revenue, it operates on very thin profit margins because it aims to give customers the lowest possible prices. But it made progress in 2025, with $880.6 million in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), which is Sea's preferred measure of profitability. That was up by a whopping 465% compared to 2024.
With that said, the digital financial services and digital entertainment segments generated a combined $2.7 billion in adjusted EBITDA for the year on significantly less revenue. This is the benefit of operating such a diversified group of businesses.
Overall, Sea had a massive year at the bottom line, even on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis. The company delivered $1.6 billion in net income, which was up by 259% compared to 2024.
Sea stock looks cheap right now
Following the 56% decline from its 52-week high, Sea stock is trading at a very attractive valuation. Its price-to-sales (P/S) ratio is just 2.3, which is a significant discount to its long-term average of 8.7, dating back to when the stock went public in 2017. Moreover, Wall Street's consensus estimate (provided by Yahoo! Finance) suggests that Sea could grow its revenue to $28.9 billion during 2026, placing its stock at a forward P/S ratio of just 1.7.
That means Sea stock would have to soar by almost 400% by the end of 2026 just to trade in line with its long-term average P/S ratio of 8.7. I'm not suggesting that will happen, but I think there is clearly room for upside from here.
Finally, one of the other reasons I invested in Sea is its incredibly strong balance sheet. The company ended 2025 with $11.1 billion in cash and equivalents on hand against just $510 million in debt, so it has a substantial amount of resources at its disposal. That cash position is improving because of Sea's surging profits, so there is nothing stopping management from investing aggressively in growth from here.
