At the same time, Singh is getting an extraordinary cash value out of these shares, since IonQ's stock soared to lofty heights at the end of 2024. Director Sells 50K IonQ Shares Worth $2.2 Million

Investors in Comcast Corp (Symbol: CMCSA) saw new options begin trading today, for the October 3rd expiration. The put contract at the $33.00 strike price has a current bid of 37 cents. CMCSA October 3rd Options Begin Trading

If you don't want to chase all-time highs and buy stocks at extremely high valuations, the good news is that there are many decently priced options. And below, I'm going to focus on what I think are some of the best deals available.
Three stocks that trade at less than $100 per share and can be bargain buys right now include Pinterest (NYSE: PINS), United Parcel Service (NYSE: UPS), and Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA). A couple are facing concerning headwinds, but here's why they can all be great long-term investments.

Pinterest
Pinterest is a popular social media site where people go for ideas related to just about anything. Whether it's home renovation projects, baking, or recent shopping hauls, there's a ton of content to sift through. The platform is particularly popular with Gen Z, which Pinterest says accounts for more than 40% of its monthly user base.
Entering this week, shares of Pinterest have been trading around $35, and that's with the stock rising 24% since the start of the year. And yet, it's still a cheap buy, trading at just 13 times its trailing earnings.
Its price/earnings-to-growth multiple, or PEG, is around 0.8. That's based on analyst expectations over the next five years, and it implies that Pinterest is one heck of a cheap growth stock.
The company's top line rose by 17% in its most recent quarter (which ended on June 30), to just under $1 billion. Monthly active users rose by 11% to 578 million. With a market cap of only $24 billion, Pinterest is a business that could get a whole lot more valuable given how popular it is with younger audiences. It can be a terrific long-term buy.
United Parcel Service
There's not much growth happening for United Parcel Service these days. The logistics company is battling significant macroeconomic headwinds due to tariffs. It's trading at less than $90, and the last time you could have bought the stock at a much cheaper price than that was in 2013.
UPS is facing some near-term challenges, but it's hard to not like the business over the long haul. The world of e-commerce is still getting bigger, and demand for global shipments isn't likely to slow down. There may be short-term adversity, but if you're a long-term investor, you don't need to worry too much about UPS given its dominance in the industry.
The company is making tough but smart decisions, such as scaling back on volume from Amazon in an effort to improve profitability. And it is profitability, not simply sales, that should drive decisions. Although it may not be a popular move and it may hurt the top line, if it improves profit margins, that could be a big win in the end.
UPS is trading at a price-to-earnings multiple (P/E) of 13, and in the long run it could have plenty of upside as economic conditions improve.
Rounding out this list of cheap stocks is media and tech company Comcast. It's trading around $34, and its P/E is less than 6 -- an astoundingly low valuation for one of the largest entertainment companies in the country.
Its high debt load (around $100 billion) is undoubtedly turning away a lot of risk-averse investors. But with Comcast spinning off many cable TV networks later this year, that could help reduce costs and allow it to focus on higher-growth opportunities in areas such as streaming. The business may have become too bloated, and simplifying its approach could work well for investors.
Overall, Comcast still has excellent brands in its portfolio, and it's highly profitable, with an operating margin of around 20% over the past six months. I'm optimistic that by becoming leaner, the business can be better positioned for growth in the future. At such a cheap valuation, it may be too tempting to pass up since it offers an excellent margin of safety.

Disney DIS is betting big on the NFL to further bolster its sports streaming ambitions.
ESPN has signed a new multi-year deal with the NFL that runs through 2030. Under the agreement, ESPN will keep the rights to broadcast the NFL Draft and, starting in 2026, will also stream it on Disney+, Hulu and its upcoming direct-to-consumer platform. The deal adds out-of-market preseason games, a bundle with NFL+ Premium and more NFL content. As part of the deal, ESPN will take over NFL Network, RedZone and NFL Fantasy, while the NFL will receive a 10% ownership stake in ESPN.
ESPN's standalone service, which is set to for launch on Aug. 21, 2025, for $29.99 per month, will enter a crowded market competing with Amazon, Peacock and YouTube. By integrating NFL assets onto this platform and offering bundle options like the $39.99 ESPN-Fox package, Disney is creating a deeper value proposition for sports fans.
Financially, the potential is significant. Disney’s streaming segment delivered a $346 million operating profit in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, signaling improved efficiency and subscriber momentum. Adding NFL tentpoles, like the Draft, Monday Night Football enhancements and RedZone, opens the door to higher ad rates, premium sponsorships and interactive fan engagement through Multiview in the ESPN app, real-time stats and fantasy integration.
The NFL deal not only strengthens ESPN's competitive position but also signals Disney's commitment to building ESPN into a growth engine alongside its parks and entertainment business. The payoff will hinge on subscriber uptake, ad monetization and Disney’s ability to leverage the NFL’s unmatched audience to drive sustained streaming momentum.

Disney Banks on NFL Deal: Will ESPN's New Streaming Push Pay Off?

Will the NFL Bring the Magic Back to Disney Stock?

Dolby Laboratories, Inc. DLB reported third-quarter fiscal 2025 non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of 78 cents, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 8.3%. It reported 71 cents in the prior-year quarter.
Total revenues were $315.6 million, up from $288.8 million in the year-ago quarter and surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 3.9%. This uptick was driven by higher revenues in the Licensing segment and the Product and Services segment.
The company had a strong third quarter and it continues to experience robust engagement from creators, distributors and device manufacturers. The presence of Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision keeps expanding across various forms of content, like music, sports, podcasts, user-generated videos, films and television, and across a broad array of devices, including mobile phones, TVs, PCs, automobiles and soundbars.
Following the announcement, shares of the company marginally declined in the after-market trading session yesterday. In the past six months, shares have lost 10.5% against the Zacks Audio Video Production industry’s growth of 9.1%.

DLB’s Segmental Performance
Revenues from Licensing were $289.9 million, up 8.5% year over year. Licensing revenue reached the upper end of the company’s guidance, as some activity anticipated for the fourth quarter occurred earlier than expected.
Products and Services’ revenues were up 18% year over year to $25.6 million.
Our estimates were pegged at $279.1 million and $21.5 million for the Licensing and Products and Services revenues, respectively.
Broadcast Licensing contributed 38% to total licensing revenues in the quarter under review. Mobile Licensing, Consumer Electronics, PC Licensing and Licensing from Other Markets accounted for 19%, 10%, 12% and 21% of licensing revenues, respectively.

For the fiscal year to date that ended on June 27, 2025, Dolby generated $349.4 million of net cash from operating activities.
As of June 27, 2025, the company had $698.6 million in cash and cash equivalents, with $581.8 million in total liabilities. It had $626.6 million in cash and cash equivalents, with $646 million in total liabilities, as of March 28, 2025.
The company repurchased approximately 526,000 shares of its common stock for around $40 million during the quarter and ended the period with roughly $312 million remaining under its stock repurchase authorization.
The company declared a cash dividend of 33 cents per share, payable on Aug. 20, 2025, to its shareholders of record on Aug. 12, 2025.
DLB’s 2025 Outlook
For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, the company estimates revenues between $288 million and $318 million. It expects GAAP EPS of 28-43 cents and non-GAAP EPS between 61 cents and 76 cents.
The company anticipates third-quarter licensing revenues to be between $263 million and $293 million.
On a GAAP basis, operating expenses are expected to be in the range of $225-$235 million. On a non-GAAP basis, the same is anticipated to be between $190 million and $200 million.
For fiscal 2025, the company expects revenues to be in the $1.33-$1.36 billion band, compared with the previous guidance of $1.31-$1.38 billion.
GAAP operating margin is still expected to be 20%, while the non-GAAP operating margin is projected to be nearly 33%. Licensing revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $1.23 billion to $1.26 billion compared with $1.21-$1.28 billion predicted earlier.
On a GAAP basis, operating expenses are expected to range from $910 million to $920 million compared with $905 million and $920 million projected earlier. On a non-GAAP basis, it is anticipated to range from $765 million to $775 million compared with $760-$775 million projected earlier.

Dolby continued to expand its presence across content, devices and platforms. Major sporting events such as the FIFA Club World Cup, Stanley Cup Finals, French Open and IPL playoffs and finals were broadcast in Dolby.
Audi announced support for Dolby Atmos in its Q7, Q8, A8 and E-Tron GT models, while in India, Tata launched the Harrier EV and Mahindra introduced the Thar ROXX AX7L SUV, both featuring Dolby Atmos. Motorola debuted its first smartphone with Dolby Vision Capture and the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Civi 5 Pro were launched with both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. New Dolby-enabled TVs and speakers were released by Samsung, Haier, TCL, LG, Marshall and JBL.
Dolby also partnered with Lenovo and Google to launch the first Chromebook supporting Dolby Atmos. Meanwhile, HBO Max, offering most of its sports content in Dolby, announced plans to expand its streaming service to 12 more countries this summer, nearing availability in 100 markets.

LiveOne, Inc. LVO incurred a fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 GAAP loss of 8 cents per share compared with a loss of 3 cents a year ago. The Zacks Consensus Estimate was pegged at a loss of 5 cents per share.
Quarterly revenues plunged 37.6% year over year to $19.3 million, mostly attributable to lower revenues from Slacker Radio, which has been transforming its business model. The consensus mark was pegged at $25 million.
In the past year, shares of LVO have lost 58.1%.
IMAX Corporation IMAX reported second-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings of 26 cents per share, which beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 36.84% and increased 44.4% year over year.
Total revenues of $91.7 million beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 0.62% and increased 3.1% year over year.

Dolby Q3 Earnings & Revenues Surpass Estimates, Increase Y/Y

Shares of cable and internet giant Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA) are on the rise this afternoon, up 2.6% through 1:10 p.m. ET after beating on earnings in the morning.
Heading into Comcast's Q2 report, analysts forecast the company would earn $1.18 per share, adjusted for one-time items, on $29.8 billion in sales. Instead, Comcast earned $1.25 per share on sales of $30.3 billion.

Comcast Q2 earnings
Sales inched only 2% higher year over year, and adjusted net income was up only 3% -- but earnings per share as calculated according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) nearly tripled to an astounding $2.98, and free cash flow more than tripled to $4.5 billion.
That alone would more than explain investors' enthusiasm today.
Is Comcast stock a buy?
Comcast didn't give guidance for how the rest of the year will play out, and analysts who follow the stock might be in for a surprise. According to Yahoo! Finance data, earnings are only supposed to grow a penny (year over year) in Q3, and to decline in Q4 -- resulting in full-year 2025 profit declining $0.02 to $4.31 per share. Comcast's tremendous Q2, however, just delivered nearly three-quarters of the year's forecast profit in a single quarter, setting up Comcast to potentially thrash expectations by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, Comcast stock trades for a mere 5 times trailing earnings -- which might be the right price if earnings are shrinking, but could be incredibly cheap if earnings grow like it looks like they're going to. Even factoring Comcast's $100 billion-plus debt load into the picture, a stock that costs 5.3x earnings, pays a 4.1% dividend, and shows any growth at all would seem cheap to me.
