AAR Corp. provides products and services to commercial aviation, government, and defense markets worldwide. It operates through Aviation Services and Expeditionary Services segments. The Aviation Services segment engages in lease and sale of new, overhauled and repaired engine, and airframe parts and components, as well as aircrafts; and offers customized flight hour component inventory and repair, warranty claim management, and outsourcing programs for engine and airframe parts and components. This segment also provides fleet management and operations of customer-owned aircraft for the U.S. Department of State; customized performance-based supply chain logistics programs, which includes material planning, sourcing, logistics, information and program management, airframe and maintenance planning, and component repair, and overhaul services for U.S. Department of Defense and foreign governments. Further, it offers airframe inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul, painting services, line maintenance, modifications, structural repairs, avionics service and installation, exterior and interior refurbishment, and engineering services and support; and repair and overhaul components including landing gears, wheels, and brakes for commercial and military aircraft; and operates six airframe maintenance facilities and one landing gear overhaul facility. The Expeditionary Services segment designs, manufactures, and repairs transportation pallets and containers and shelters for military and humanitarian tactical deployment activities, including armories, supply and parts storage, refrigeration systems, tactical operation centers, briefing rooms, laundry and kitchen facilities, water treatment, and sleeping quarters, as well as engages in provision of engineering, design, and system integration services for specialized command and control systems. AAR Corp. was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Wood Dale, Illinois.

AAR To Acquire Aircraft Reconfig Technologies From ZIM Aircraft For $35 Mln In Cash

AAR Corp.’s AIR subsidiary, Airinmar, recently signed a multi-year extension agreement with Air Methods to continue providing aircraft warranty management and value engineering services.
The renewed contract builds on the long-standing relationship between the two companies, under which Airinmar has supported Air Methods since August 2020 by handling the identification, claim processing, recovery, and reporting of rotorcraft and aircraft component warranties.
Airinmar’s services enhance Air Methods’ materials management operations by helping maximize warranty recoveries while lowering component repair expenses and overall maintenance costs.
AAR’s Emphasis on Aircraft MRO Services
Rising aircraft deliveries are driving the increased demand for warranty management solutions to control costs and maintain dependable fleet performance, while aging fleets approaching end-of-life are amplifying the need for value engineering to extend service life, enhance efficiency and reduce operating expenses.
AAR, through Airinmar, has continuously delivered customized component repair and warranty management services to airlines, Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MROs), original equipment manufacturers, helicopter operators and military programs, helping customers achieve lower repair costs, improved component availability and stronger operational efficiency.

(RTTNews) - AAR CORP. (AIR) announced that it has priced an underwritten registered public offering of 3 million shares of its common stock at $83.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares from the company at the public offering price.
The company estimates that the net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions, will be approximately $239.0 million, or $274.9 million if the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares in full. The shares are expected to be delivered on or about October 2, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, which may include funding future acquisitions.

AAR CORP. Prices Public Offering Of 3 Mln Shares At $83.00/shr

AAR Corp. AIR reported first-quarter fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings of $1.08 per share, which topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 98 cents by 10.2%. The bottom line also improved 27.1% from the year-ago quarter’s level of 85 cents.
The company reported GAAP earnings of 95 cents per share compared with 50 cents in the prior-year quarter.
