Constellation Brands
Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) is a leading alcohol company that has dealt with internal and external threats. Sales have suffered as consumers across generations have reduced alcohol consumption.
Also, while it distributes America's No. 1 beer, Modelo, the beer's ties to Mexico stoked worries about tariff threats. Internally, the company did not foresee the falling consumption patterns and relied too heavily on wine and spirit brands that did not perform well.
However, investors have priced these challenges into the stock, perhaps overly so. That prompted Warren Buffett to invest some of Berkshire Hathaway's cash into the stock before he retired, and this was likely a wise decision. Moreover, Constellation has divested some of its underperforming wine and spirit brands.
The divestiture was partially responsible for an 11% sales decline in fiscal 2026 (ended Feb. 28). Nonetheless, it generated $1.8 billion in free cash flow in that fiscal year. That allowed it to repurchase shares and fund its dividend. That payout, which has risen every year since 2015, pays investors $4.12 per share annually, a 2.6% cash return.
Furthermore, in fiscal 2027, the company forecasts net sales will remain steady at the midpoint. The stock has also risen 15% since the beginning of the year. Considering its P/E ratio of just 16, one could argue that this Warren Buffett stock is absurdly cheap right now.
PepsiCo
Like Constellation, PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) provides a unique opportunity to investors as it adapts to evolving consumer tastes. Aside from its flagship cola, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Doritos, and Quaker Oats are among the products under its umbrella.
In recent years, consumers have become increasingly leery of sugary drinks and processed foods, leading to a reduction in sales. PepsiCo has responded by changing the ingredients in many of its products and buying some brands associated with healthier offerings, such as Siete Foods.
Its recovery is showing some promising signs. In its fiscal first quarter (ended March 21), net revenue grew by nearly 9%, well above the 2% in fiscal 2025. Also, even though free cash flow was negative $406 million in fiscal Q1, it improved from year-ago levels. Investors should note that the free cash flow was nearly $7.7 billion in fiscal 2025.
That cash repurchased shares and supported its dividend, which has increased for 54 straight years. At $4.69 per share annually, it yields almost 3.7%.
Analysts forecast a 5% revenue increase in fiscal 2026, indicating its market pivot is working. Furthermore, its stock has risen by almost 10% this year, and at a P/E ratio of 24, it is likely not too late to invest in a probable recovery in PepsiCo stock.
Kimberly-Clark
Similar to PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark (NASDAQ: KMB) has built its business around trusted brands. It owns Kleenex, Huggies, Cottonelle, and others. Also, its upcoming acquisition of Kenvue, which was once the consumer health division of Johnson & Johnson, will place more familiar brands like Tylenol and Listerine under its umbrella.
Over the last year, the stock has suffered amid rising input costs, expenses related to a company restructuring, and the $48.7 billion cost of acquiring Kenvue. In that time, the stock lost more than one-fourth of its value.
However, these moves could spark the beginnings of a recovery. In 2025, its net sales fell by 2%. Also, it generated $1.6 billion in free cash flow in that year, down by 35% amid the restructuring.
Share levels remained steady, though it is on track to continue funding the dividend that has risen for 54 consecutive years. At $5.12 per share annually, it yields about 5.1%, enough to pay investors while they wait for a recovery.
Analysts anticipate net sales growth of around 3%. Moreover, its P/E ratio has fallen to 16, a level near multiyear lows. Between that valuation and its high-paying, growing dividend, any positive news could spark a recovery in the stock.

3 Dividend Stocks Built to Last a Lifetime and Pay You the Whole Way

At Holdings Channel, we have reviewed the latest batch of the 53 most recent 13F filings for the 03/31/2026 reporting period, and noticed that PepsiCo Inc (Symbol: PEP) was held by 24 of these funds. When hedge fund managers appear to be thinking alike, we find it is a good idea to take a closer look.
Before we proceed, it is important to point out that 13F filings do not tell the whole story, because these funds are only required to disclose their long positions with the SEC, but are not required to disclose their short positions. A fund making a bearish bet against a stock by shorting calls, for example, might also be long some amount of stock as they trade around their overall bearish position. This long component could show up in a 13F filing and everyone might assume the fund is bullish, but this tells only part of the story because the bearish/short side of the position is not seen.
Having given that caveat, we believe that looking at groups of 13F filings can be revealing, especially when comparing one holding period to another. Below, let's take a look at the change in PEP positions, for this latest batch of 13F filers:
In terms of shares owned, we count 7 of the above funds having increased existing PEP positions from 12/31/2025 to 03/31/2026, with 10 having decreased their positions and 2 new positions. Worth noting is that Blackston Financial Advisory Group LLC, included in this recent batch of 13F filers, exited PEP common stock as of 03/31/2026.
Looking beyond these particular funds in this one batch of most recent filers, we tallied up the PEP share count in the aggregate among all of the funds which held PEP at the 03/31/2026 reporting period (out of the 1,985 we looked at in total). We then compared that number to the sum total of PEP shares those same funds held back at the 12/31/2025 period, to see how the aggregate share count held by hedge funds has moved for PEP. We found that between these two periods, funds increased their holdings by 1,720,535 shares in the aggregate, from 35,361,342 up to 37,081,877 for a share count increase of approximately 4.87%. Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) investors have been along for a bumpy ride over the last 18 months or so as they've seen competitors pull ahead of the automaker that helped reenergize the global electric vehicle (EV) industry. BYD, China's juggernaut EV maker, raced ahead of Tesla in global EV sales. A handful of companies have expanded their robotaxi ambitions beyond Tesla's current scope, even considering its recent expansion. And now, even Volvo is putting some distance between itself and Tesla, with Coca-Cola adding to its fleet of electric semis.
Coke vs. Pepsi, with a twist
Pepsi versus Coca-Cola will go down in history as an all-time great business rivalry, but adding Tesla and Volvo into the mix adds a nice twist to the story. Tesla is known for supporting Pepsi with 80 Tesla electric semitrucks in the Pepsi fleet. It has been about a decade since Pepse and Tesla signed its initial partnership.

While Tesla can claim victory when comparing semi specifications and performance, it might be a case of winning the battle but losing the war -- at least, so far. Volvo has placed more than 5,000 full-electric semis into service around the world and logged over 100 million zero-emission miles in roughly the same time since Tesla and Pepsi finalized their agreement. In comparison, as of early 2026, Tesla had "a few hundred" semis on the road, primarily in pilot programs in addition to Pepsi, DHL Supply Chain, and Tesla's internal logistics.
Can Tesla catch back up?
Tesla's volume semi production is set to begin in the first half of 2026 at its Nevada factory, with annual production capacity at roughly 50,000 semitrucks. Investors would be wise to largely ignore that 50,000 mark, as tempting as it is to envision those figures catching and surpassing Volvo.
Rather, investors need to be realistic about what success would be for Tesla's semitruck in the early stages. According to American Truck Dealers, the entire Class 8 market totaled roughly 208,000 trucks last year. If Tesla were to grab a few thousand over the first couple of years for a small market share, that would be a solid start. Hypothetically, let's say Tesla sells 1,000 this year, 2,000 next year, and in five years Tesla's semi hits around 8,000 -- this is what success looks like, and is comparable to Volvo, currently.
It would also be wise to look beyond the early sales figures. Investors should really look at the core product, which by most accounts is a great product, garnering insightful reviews and optimism in a trucking industry that had been initially skeptical. Tesla semis on more simple routes for logistics fleets are compelling for businesses, and right now, that's a win. That said, Tesla has much work to do to appease investors on the semi's potential.

Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND) has a big problem. Investors are well aware of the problem, too, since the stock is now squarely in penny-stock territory. In fact, the company recently received a notice that it could be delisted because its share price is so low. That troubling notice comes as management attempts to make a big business shift.
Beyond Meat is struggling
When Beyond Meat held its initial public offering, investors were very excited about the concept of plant-based meat alternatives. The stock price rocketed higher on strong demand from consumers and restaurants. It seemed like everyone wanted to try Beyond Meat's products. After trying, however, many customers decided they preferred real meat.

In fact, the company's sales have been in decline since peaking in 2022. Worse, Beyond Meat has never had a profitable year as a public business, so it has yet to prove that selling plant-based meat alternatives is a sustainable business. Clearly, Wall Street is voting with its feet, given the stock's decent into penny stock status, suggesting that it is a highly risky investment in the food space.
Management appears to understand the problem, and it is attempting to pivot.
Beyond Meat is heading in a new direction
In late 2025, the company introduced a protein drink as it announced plans to expand its focus from meat alternatives to a broader focus on protein. Protein is a hot trend in the food sector, thanks at least in part to the development of GLP-1 drugs. GLP-1 users need to consume extra protein to stave off muscle loss that comes along with the weight loss the drugs produce.
Beyond Meat is making a good decision here. And it has just signed up a partner that will distribute its drink more widely. At the same time, it is attempting to rebrand itself as the Beyond the Plant Protein Company. That doesn't hit quite as well as Beyond Meat, but it does highlight the new corporate direction.
The problem with the protein initiative is that Beyond Meat is simply following along with the crowd. Some of the world's largest consumer staples companies are already in the protein space in a very big way. Can Beyond Meat's new drink compete effectively with an established brand like Muscle Milk, owned by PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP)? And that's just one of the many companies vying for a leading position in the protein space.
Beyond Meat's business position is still weak
Most investors should probably avoid Beyond Meat until it proves its new business direction leads to an upturn in sales. Even then, the money-losing company is only appropriate for the most aggressive investors. Until the business is sustainably profitable, it will be operating from a position of weakness. Management is making the right move, but it looks like a last-ditch effort to save the company rather than a decision made from a position of strength.
